Island Cafe

Breakfast on an island? Yes please... What a wonderful place! First, you are greeted by the friendliest people ever! The menu is simple but delicious. The breakfast sandwich is awesome, fried egg, cheese, and bacon served on sour dough. The Belgium waffle with fresh strawberries was yummy too! My daughter loved the smoothie. We all enjoyed great coffee while over looking Bay Lake. What a relaxing experience while you enjoy excellent food! If you are visiting Bay Lake make sure you add this to your weekend agenda! It's a quick boat ride over to church island. FYI... This cafe supports the camp!

What a great spot! The staff is friendly and efficient, the food is made of fresh ingredients, the coffee bar has plenty of choices and the smoothies hit the spot on a warm Summer day.If you're in the area, grab a boat or come before or after church (held outside on the island) via the Sunday morning launch. And as a previous poster noted, proceeds benefit the campers at Bay Lake camp. Enjoy!
