Iron Waffle

Went to just get coffees this time as we enjoyed it so much last time. Two other people were eating already and we ordered 3 coffees drinks to go. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks. The drinks were delicious but not sure if it was worth the wait. Did take a picture of the menu for others to see what is available. Staff is very friendly so still giving a good review based on that as well.

This is a simple place with a menu mostly devoted to waffles. Waffles, waffle sandwiches, waffle desserts. They really do a pretty good job with them. I tried the Monte Cristo (basically a Monte Cristo without the egg dip and with jalapeño raspberry jam), the Breakfast Sandwich (bacon, egg, cheese with a waffle for a bun), Goat Cheese Waffle (as described) and the Velvet Elvis with bacon, obanana and peanut butter. They have fruit or chips as sides. Beverage options are coffee drinks or canned soda. The place is very small inside, and if it is poorly ventilated so it smells like cooked waffle and a little grease and smoke. This is definitely a better summer option when you can sit outside. Not bad by any means but somewhat limited.

I didn't think it was bad. The kids didn't like the style of waffle they serve. If you name yourself for one particular food I think you could do a better job and perhaps have a few types of waffles.

The Food & Service is OUTSTANDING!!Very nice and quaint!!!!This place ROCKS!!!!This is a must try !!!!

Stopped here while visiting family and was pleasantly surprised by the food and the vibes of the Iron Waffle.The parking lot was packed and despite a rainy day, the wraparound porch was filled as well. The eclectic table and chairs outside made the place feel even more comforting than the surroundings the restaurant sat in.With some chicken and waffles, a monte sandwich, and the goat cheese and honey waffle. All of them were tasty, but if I had one issue the food is that the amount of syrup and honey was almost cloyingly sweet.Would I go back next time I'm in town? You betcha!

They are doing something right and good here, so good there were 6 of us that ordered and I didn't even take a single picture of any of our plates because we devoured all of it so fast. The waffles are fluffy and perfect for sweet or savory. I had the breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, and bacon and it was the perfect. Another favorite at the table was the Elvis, one person even went back for a second helping. This place won't disappoint. Lots of tables outside to space out distantly and they are quick with minimal wait times. Coffee is great too!Highly recommend if you are in the area, we traveled 20 minutes even and it was well worth it. Love what this place is doing!

They have good coffee, but their waffles were as hard as a rock. Additionally, the employees were more concerned with talking with each other than taking our order or cleaning any of the sticky tables. Won't be coming back sadly

Waffles were dry and had to wait forever. Our lattes tasted burnt. Too bad because it's close and we could walk there. I hope it improves and we can give it another try.

Family has been coming here for years. Love it!!! Waffles are always good, coffee isnt anything special so don't waste your money but still the waffles are worth it! Such a cute summer place and amazing time when you can sit outside. They hire kids so service isnt anything outstanding but i assure you the owner is amazing and she's passionate about her craft. Never have had a bad experience and always treated nicely!!

Really clean. Nice decor. Food = TERRIBLE!!!If you're going to include the name waffle in your establishment, maybe use something besides store bought frozen waffles, precooked bacon and microwaved menu items galore. Disappointed.
