Infinity Beverages Winery & Distillery

Overall a nice place to visit, though a little pricey for what they offer.Many of the wines are flavored (and delicious), but may not please a purist's wine pallete. (The apple pue sangria is a must try!) The distillery aspect is small, with only 2 whiskeys, 1 vodka, and 2 flavored versions of the vodka available. The $12 flight for three 3/4oz pours left us feeling lacking.The atmosphere is nice with lots of seating options. There are tables with chairs, bar searing, and a pit group of leather couches around a coffee table in front of the fire. The service was chipper and friendly, ready with recommendations based on what you like.

The building is very relaxing. The service is very friendly. We enjoy the Thursday BOGO and Sangria Sunday. Love the mixology options.

What we thought would be a casual trip to get some of Ne Ne's flavorful tacos turned into a multi-faceted adventure. Below is a series of events of our... unique... experience:1. Our arrival2. Me slightly critiquing a cocktail that our waitress didn't make but she, out of her own thoughtful, gracious, and contagious sense of humored self helped me get a better suited drink cause I'm a picky Barth. 10. Enjoyed the 2nd drink more than the first.11. Went home satisfied.So, if you also want an experience like mine. Then make your way to Infinity and ask for the girl that is effervescent. -Barth

My family was looking for some stuff to do while in Eau Claire and found this winery and distillery. We spent a few hours here trying some different drinks and a charcuterie board. A few local pizza places offer delivery to the winery and they allow you to bring it in and eat it. Overall had a great experience here wish I had one close to home.

This spot is pretty awesome. They offer flights of both distillery options and wine options. There's tons of seating inside but also a cute outdoor patio. They also sell wine and liquor by the bottle so you can take it home with you! They give tours of the facility as well but you need to book in advance.

I didn't like the mangos, but the drinks and the pairing plate were good, and our server Rebbeca was attentive and facilitated an enjoyable experience, also the spiced rum and ginger beer was my favorite I thoroughly enjoyed every sip. Lastly it was fun and enjoyable!

Stopped here with a friend late in the afternoon....the place was spotless...the beverage variety outstanding! We selected our wine and a snack and truly enjoyed quality time in their unique ambiance. The wine was so good we both took some home!
