Hometowne Pizza

Great pizza! We ordered the hand tossed pizza for takeout. The crust was done perfectly and the pizza was tasty. We also got the cinnamon sticks, and although the presentation wasn't great, they tasted good. They had a cornmeal crust on the bottom which I liked. We ordered ranch with our pizza and for two cups it was over $3+. That was very disappointing because we ordered an XL pizza and the cups were barely half full. I wouldn't have ordered that if I had known they'd skimp on it. Took a star for that.

I've been dining here for 5 years now, and every meal has been fantastic.The pizza is full of flavor, a robust red sauce, toppings are always plentiful and equally dispersed, and then cooked to perfection!Highly recommend heading here and checking out their pizza for yourself.

Within walking distance from the Medina Hotel, and well worth the walk. Pizza was quick and delicious. Has about 30 or so seats, fountain drinks and also bottled drinks.

We've been going to this restaurant for a few years and have never had a bad experience until now. Most customers would assume that if your order is wrong, a restaurant should correct it, right? Not this place. They will get super defensive and gaslight you into thinking you, the customer, did something wrong. They proceeded to say that what you're seeing with your own eyes is inaccurate. Oh and also... Now they will "no longer deliver to you," because all you did was come in and show them visual proof that the pizza was made incorrectly, with the majority of toppings in the very center of the pizza, with no extra cheese as requested (see pictures). Also, leaving a $20 tip because it was slightly further isn't appreciated. Some people complain to get free food, but that isn't the case here. We only bring up issues if they are of valid concern. More so to let the restaurant know, hey - here's what happened, so you can make your customers happy every time, every order, regardless of busyness level. Businesses are hurting right now, so you should be doing everything you can to make your customers happy. You can't afford to lose any, especially now. This sucks cuz the pizza is usually amazing. Hoping they will make this right.

We had Hometowne pizza for the first time on Sunday night at the new location in Maple Grove and it was delicious. We ended up ordering the boneless wings and a taco pizza. The wings were juicy and cooked perfectly. The taco pizza had great flavor and a perfectly cooked crust. We cannot wait to try the Mac and cheese and chicken bacon ranch pizza in the future. We cannot wait to eat at Hometown pizza again.

Used to love Hometowne Pizza. Great food and reliable delivery. We had two deliveries in a row where they got the order wrong. We let the first one slide. After the second I called and eventually spoke to the owner. He wanted to send another pizza. I asked for a refund on the order just delivered. He said he would process the credit. NEVER DID IT. We never skimped on our order. Always added a 20% tip. Really disappointed at how they chose not to make it right with a customer.

When a pizza place doesn't know the difference between a deep dish and hand tossed pizza, they are doing something wrong. We ordered a thin and deep dish, which it definitely was not. When we brought it up to them they said, that's "our style" of deep dish. The sausage had an off taste to it and reminded me of sausage from a cheap frozen pizza. There are much better places to go for pizza.

Total hole in the wall. didn't expect much for a small town hamel pizza place got a half and half hand toss and all my friends loved it. It was perfectly cooked, definitely will be back. And everyone has too try this out.

So we tried this place for the first time tonight and it will not be the last. My wife got a calzone that she was raving about and the kids and I split an xtra large traditional crust sausage and pepperoni pizza. The pizza was really good all around. No deficiencies the sauce, crust, sausage, pepperoni and cheese were all spot on. 13 year old daughter said "best pizza ever!". Glad we decided to give this place a shot.
