Wow. We had the sliced smoked brisket in the tin pans tonight. It is all gone and served four nicely, although it might have been a little short for four real big eaters. Part of the reason it is all gone is well, it was super delicious. If you are worried about the amount, get a second pan; it'd be great leftover sandwich meat; cold even.The heating instructions are a bit lacking. I heated it at 350F until the meat was 165F. It was about $20 for the container and worth every dime. Anyhow, I walked over to marathon and got some buns. Then I dipped the sandwich in ghost pepper chile sauce. Easier to control the heat that way. At the end, I was eating a few last tidbits without any sauce and I'm still lickin my lips when noone is lookin..

Great place for IGH! The spartan burger was fantastic tasting only bad thing was the spartan patty fell apart when cooked. The juicy Lucy was delicious and moist. The pickle patty stayed really moist. The onion buns had a strong onion flavor.

This is your one stop shop before your weekend. Whether to the lake or just the backyard, this is your grilling headquarters. The selection is great, the cuts are prime, and flavors on point. I go for the wild rice brats. They have juicy lucys, home made pizzas, beef sticks/jerky, pasta salad, cheese curds, and, since we use the whole animal, bones for your furry friends. Hometown meats is a staple of our IGH community--enjoy!

This is a wonderful meat market. Meats are fresh and the high quality. They have an incredible selection. The sandwiches they make are spot on as well. We get our brats from here as well and they are delicious. Other things I love are the jalapeño poppers, thick cut bacon and fillets. Would highly recommend this place!

Quite possibly the best sandwich I have had in my life, and I'm not young. Found this place accidentally due to the place nextdoor being closed down for vacation. TREASURE! We just don't have enough butcher shops with delicious meats ready to grill, smoked meats and more but try the SANDWICHES! Very friendly and genuine service which always makes me happy to bring business.

Love stopping here for the many flavors of beef sticks and the bacon wrapped stuffed chicken!!!

Everyone was really nice! The steaks are great. I imagine the sandwiches are fantastic, so looking forward to trying one.

Stopped in yesterday before close. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the filet, sticks and potato salad.

Cut of meat was OK at best. Not even greeted when entered. Counter guy just looked around. Tried getting tips on smoking a brisket, but butcher couldn't have seemed less interested.Not a place I would visit again.
