Not many options in the area but we were happy with our overnight here. We didn't arrive until 10pm and we did not have a prior reservation. Sam was incredibly welcoming and accommodating even at the end of a long shift with a last minute booking and check in. There has clearly been a lot of work put into the building and rooms recently. Most everything was newly remodeled and I appreciated the hard floors. The bed was comfortable and I slept great. We had to turn on the wall fan and open the window wide due to residual smells from the remodel but it was better than being old and dirty!

We stayed June 2nd to June 3rd.I was not impressed. The floors were dirty. Walking barefoot in the room my feet got really dirty. The fridge was filthy. Im glad I didnt need to use the fridge because I wouldnt have used it. They really need to have better cleaning service. I will not ever go back there.

Obviously we'll used hotel but dated. You would think that a Business that specializes in sleeping would have better beds. The main beds are great, however the pull-out couches are a disaster. Or an orthopedic nightmare.

I belong to a crafting group that meets twice a year for weekend-long retreats and we've been patronizing this hotel for the better part of 15 years. Until last year it was an AmericInn and was, quite frankly, becoming extremely dated and shabby. (shabby to the point where our group was starting to search for a new meeting place)The new owners have obviously been working very hard to freshen up the hotel and have made some positive changes. New beds (comfy!), new bed linens, new carpeting, updated fixtures and decor, etc. Not everything is perfect yet but they are definitely well on the way. They seem to be quite willing to listen to feedback from guests and have a very friendly attitude. Our group was pleased enough by the overall changes that we went from looking for a new location to instead booking the dates for our next two retreats!Hotel is located along a well traveled highway for easy access. Rooms are equipped with small microwaves and mini fridges. There is a great family-style restaurant right across the parking lot and a gift shop with homemade goodies a very short walk away. There are pizza and Chinese restaurants that deliver to the hotel.I'm giving the hotel 3 stars for now and will update the review after our next visit. Hopefully the new owners will continue to offer improvements. :)

Thought this would be a good place to stay for a wedding near by. Checked in on Friday and stayed till Sunday. Saturday was the wedding and when we returned to the room, nothing had been done. Beds not made, trash not emptied and no clean towels. Try to call the front desk 3 different times before someone finally answered. They sort of apologized but then did nothing like it was no big deal. Plus there was mold in the bathroom on the wall in the shower. Truly if you don't HAVE to stay here DONT!!!!

I loved this place it was nice and homie and chill and quiet definitely recommend if u are looking for a place to stay at for fun

After returning to our room at 9:00 pm, we noticed that housekeeping had not been there. No clean towels, beds unmade, trash not emptied. I went to the desk to get clean towels and was told they had a large number of check outs. That doesn't seem to excuse not touching our room.

Honestly disappointed, bed sheets were dirty shower had hair that wasn't ours I would only come here if I got stuck, customer service is rude. They do the minimal, room was very cold not sure the heat works but bed sheets were dirty, thank god I brought my own, just overall a bad experience 10/10 would not recommend it's a dirty hole

It smells. There is no smoking. Very good. Smoking used to be allowed. They did a poor job getting rid of the smoke infused carpets, beds, popcorn ceilings. Walking by the restroom on the first floor smells like urine.

It was a great place to stay for our family! The staff was accommodating and kind. We had hours of fun swimming! The pool area is simple, but if you bring a few toys it is fantastic. There is a billiards pool table in the game room and a park with a nice playground near by. It was our second time staying here and we plan to go back.
