Hobby Lobby

I thought it was like Michael's, larger but not better. Hard to find staff, except at the registers at the front of the store. Signs on the doors about wearing a mask, but while waiting in line to pay-the woman in front of me starts talking to me. She's wearing a pair of plastic goggles upside down: trying to unsuccessfully to mask OR a political statement? Hmm... She paid for her purchases (electing NOT to buy a mask that they sell at the cash register).

This is such a huge store and has so many arts and crafts and pictures to hang up on your wall, religious books, things for a picnic. You could spend hours in here. I was shopping for candy making supplies and everything I wanted was 25 or or 50% off, definitely a good deal. Also they always have sales posted in the newspaper. The only bummer for me is that they are closed on Sundays. The cashier was very friendly. Lots of free parking.

Hobby lobby is my type of store!!!Perfect combination of craft supplies & home goods! Saving me from having to go to multiple places.They usually have pretty good sales which offsets the fact that they only offer one 40% off of one full priced item. I actually usually plan my trip around the sales. Sometimes it's hard to find staff around the store for assistance and sometimes I'm greeted by staff in every other aisle. Overall they the staff is pretty nice and helpful. I love that the store is always neat & organized (which means that the staff are there & working, lol). I can usually find whatever I need quick & easily. This store is connected to Northtown Mall but you can only enter through an outside entrance. I usually can find good parking right outside the door in the parking lot.

It's a great place to go shopping! It has a ton of crafty things, and they have great service members. Always so kind.

The employees are great, very sweet. I cannot believe how huge of a decline in not only yarn but oil paints I have seen at every location over the last two months. Not only is the selection atrocious but the prices for the few oil based paints they have is robbery, I won't be coming back to hobby lobby for my artistic needs. Which sucks, I've been coming to these stores since I was a child in Colorado. It was nostalgic and convenient, now it's a waste of gas and time.

Blaine, Hobby Lobby I walked in at entrance and was taken back and was appalled by the worker Sue, leaning over the counter groaning out loud/very loud! " Oh my word, I can't believe this!" about a customers request for help, I stood there in shock at how unprofessional she was and how put out she was with the customer, The customer I could see knew she was not going to get the help she needed so she told Sue never mind, and left the store. Sue get's on intercom and with snotty voice cancels help, I was embarrassed for the customer!

I had a friend of mine that took a lot of time and made a beautiful needlepoint of my beloved pet and I brought it to the framing department and she did not iron it. she did not stretch. it she gave it to me and said this is the best I can do. I called that the manager and she said to bring it in. That was around Christmas time and I was unable to until the Spring due to health issues in the family. I called and spoke to a different manager and she was not helpful at all and I told her that I would be taking it somewhere else.

I love to browse around this store. It has many interesting stuff and always able to find something that I went in for. It is much better than Michael's.

The people working seemed to not know a lot about anything in the store. I asked a question and the response was "I don't know" and they walked away. Could have found someone who knew something. Checking out was even worse dealing with the rudest cashier. 6 people in line for 1 register and 1 person just walked out the store with someone. I will definitely find somewhere else to go.

I went in to get a product their web site said they had. After asking the one spectacularly unhelpful cashier, I walked around for a full twenty minutes looking for someone to help me. It's not that they were busy, It's that there was only the cashier for staff in the entire store... on a SATURDAY!
