Very nice staff. Always able to find what I'm looking for. They have a huge variety of food, fresh meats, bread, etc. We will be returning on a regular basis.

This place is great! Al Pastor Tacos are amazing and if you want you can but the raw marinated meat and make them at home. Only thing they are missing is vegetarian enchiladas for my wife.

This place has wonderful food and wonderful service. Fast, friendly and authentic. I love being able to support this local business.

I've eaten at numerous Hispanic places in Mexico and all over the States especially a lot in Texas and I've never experienced what I did after eating here. I had the Carne Asado Tacos which came with 2 salsas along with Chips and Queso(I was given a very small cup of shredded cheese as the queso?!?!), I spent the next 3 days in the bathroom with nothing I've ever experienced in my lifetime which has been 48 years with over 30 in the restaurant business. Stay away unless you are looking for a very painful cleanse of your colon with some weight loss if that's what you need to have. Also I've eaten many ghost chili's in my day and have never dealt with anything like this before!

Hidalgo is an awesome little supermarket with great produce and a really good meat counter in the back. They also have the BEST TAQUERIA in the Twin Cities! Do not miss this fantastic Mexican eatery! !

YASSS! Fantastic meat counter with chorizo to die for! The taqueria is not one to pass up without leaving with a bag full of food- Burrito de carne asada is honestly the best and most authentic Mexican food I've had in the twin cities. Don't pass this lil get up.

Very bad customer service, a young lady with glasses had an attitude the way time. Left the counter and we were left waiting and I had to find someone to help me. I was sending money and no place ever asked me for more than one ID and she insisted on two ID's when I had a US driver license. If your going to have a customer service store please hire nice and welcoming people not mugging face with an attitude.
