Everything they promised, and more! Responded immediately, picked up within the hour, had laundry back 3 hours later, packaged impeccably. Great communication, fair price! Highly recommended!

Hamper Time was a lifesaver. We found ourselves at a "five star" Minneapolis hotel which didn't offer laundry service after 8:30 am not weekends. I called Hamper time and for less than the hotel's service, they picked up, washed, folder and delivered our laundry. All of this in four hours. Hamper Time is the best!!!

We were having our laundry room remodeled and everything had piled up. It was awful! I reached out to Cassandra at Hamper Time and was amazed at the wonderful service and quality of work. Our clothes were picked up and returned on the same day, and we aren't even in St Paul! The items were pristine and perfectly folded. They even matched socks that hadn't been matched in far too long! Our comforter soiled by our dog was like new. Thank you!The communication was excellent and the price was so fair. I will be using them even after the laundry room is done, just to treat myself. So impressed!

Having an apartment sized washer and dryer is fine for everyday things but when I have bedding to launder I opt for Hamper Time. They do a fantastic job and I get my sheets, duvets, comforters, and mattress covers back folded and fresh. I like that I have a choice of detergents too since I am sensitive to some.

Yesterday I was looking for a laundromat to wash my comforter. I planned on spending a couple hours at the place to get it done. I found this amazing service. I was able to schedule same day pick up and delivery! Communication was great! My comforter and blanket came back freshly washed, folded and soft! The best part is, is this cost me the same as it would have to go to the laundromat. My time just like everyone else's is valuable! Also for the first time you receive 25% off. Thank you Hamper Time for giving me my day back.

First time here and we're very impressed. The place is clean, they have a wide variety of washer sizes all in excellent shape and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Website does not work. So, I called for a pickup and delivery service and went through with a confirmation each time I called to check in. Did not show up even though they said they were 15 minutes away. For the amount of positive reviews I am disappointed...

This is business is the most ill organized poorly run laundry it has been my misfortune to try to work with! I had one full/queen comforter picked up and delivered back to me on August 12, 2024. On that day was also charged and the money was taken out of my checking account. Every since I keep receiving email saying they are going to pick up comforter or comforter is being dropped off. Now tonight August 19, 2024 this company has illegally charged me a SECOND time for nothing! I will call my bank in the morning, as well as, report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Fast, great service, friendly safe, and a hell of a lot cheaper than the dry cleaning service in my apartment complex. I'm super happy I found them and will continue to use this service moving forward. Will also be recommending them to anyone else in my building that is looking for dry cleaning service.

Excellent and super efficient service! We're traveling and this was the perfect place for wash and fold.
