Now the real challenge. Could we eat the prime rib as the staff at Greg's directed us? Yes. Yes. Yes.Lol we are gonna have to go in for the award-winning prime rib at Greg's. Many people are on their way thanks again.

We are fans of butcher shops. Seems the quality and service and knowledge is not only helpful but also appreciated. We happen to visit Greg's on our way to the Market. We have "by laws" in our family that say if we see a butcher shop, we have to check it out. Greg's Butcher shop has been around for a long time. On our first visit we noticed that they have beef breakfast sausage. We've been to a lot of butcher shops over the years and this is the first time we have seen beef breakfast sausage. My wife was excited as she does not eat pork. So we picked up a package to try along with some ground beef and beef polish, The beef polish were really good and we really liked the beef breakfast sausage. We went through our pack of sausage and made a trip back to pick up some more. Unfortunately as we looked around, we could not find any. Turns out the "Greg" was there. He said that they didn't sell very well however if we were to purchase 15 pounds, he would custom make them for us. How about that for service! We agreed and a couple of weeks later picked up our custom order. They were all sealed and packaged for us. We're big fans of Greg's Butcher Shop and now make regular visits.

I have been going to Greg's for almost 5 years, so I know them very well. And if you want a butcher that serves up some absolutely awesome meats, this is definitely the place to go! And did I mention Greg is an award winner!? The staff is so friendly and helpful! The store is always clean and fresh! And just loads of great choices to choose from as well!! That's Greg in the picture! Just a friendly and fun guy who is dedicated to ensuring that you get some amazingly good meats and a great time at his shop!! Come on down!!!

Greg's Meat Processing has a vending machine available 24/7/365! Wish I had known that on the trip back from Rochester to Minneapolis after the dog show! Regular hours are Monday through Saturday and if you are outside of store hours, now you'll be able to get your favorites right out a the machine. After years of driving past and seeing the signs proclaiming World and State Grand Champions, I finally was able to stop in and they were open. Yay! So many options on foods that taking a cooler might be a good idea. You'll find a large selection of meat products as well as cheese, jams, spices, deli case spreads and pies. (I'm sure there is more, but I didn't take as many photos as I should have!)The prices are really competitive and the service was fantastic. I will stop again, and now I know that if I'm after hours there's the vending machine option.

Stopped on a whim & glad we did! We found an amazing variety of local meats and cuts for sale! A smoked turkey leg for a measly $3.32! (It was great tasting!).Haven't used the stew meat or hamburger yet, but look forward to eating it later. Happy to have faces to go with our meat producers!

Have you ever drove by a place so many times and never stopped? That's this place for me. My new job takes me by here occasionally and I finally stopped in. I was looking for beef marrow bones and pigs ears but they were out. I found blueberry wild rice summer sausage which was good. I also bought a smoked turkey leg that was meaty and smoked perfectly and not too salty. This was delicious with boiled kale greens. I also bought odds and end pieces of breakfast meat sticks and maple beef sticks. Sorry I like Von Hansen's better. Very friendly staff and large variety of brats, skinless wieners and smoked meats. Stop in if you get a chance.

After driving by for years I finally stopped and man I was missing out! There is SO much to see in here and the prices are amazing! They have tons of meat products but also jams/jelly/spices/cheese/salads/pies but my fav fav thing is the meat sticks. I haven't tried them all but I am well on my way. I never plan in advance to bring an iced cooler but I have had the steak and it was extremely tender, I think I paid $6 for it and it was heavenly. I just bought a pack of 6 fresh brats for my coworker and they were less than $5. . awesome place!

Awesome meat market. The prices were reasonable, the meat was fresh and local and what a variety. With me it was like a kid in a candy store. I just wish that they were open on Sunday as we travel by there often on our way home from Rochester. We would definitely fill up on meat and cheese on our way home.

We were recently at Greg's Meat Market and bought bacon,, brats and summer sausage. Everything we purchased was high quality and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Rick. We will be returning again!

Greg I love your meat!You can't go wrong here so get whatever your fave is and it will be the freshest and most deliciousest.I geta lot of items but my fave is the beef sticks with horseradish.Yummy fresh local meat.
