I stumbled across Great Harvest Bread Company while getting coffee at Caribou after a doctor's appointment in Burnsville. Their shop is connected to the Caribou Coffee so you can easily pop over as you wait for your coffee and browse all the delicious goods they have! The service was great! The woman who helped me provided instructions on how to store the bread and what to pair it with along with what days they have certain goods made fresh! Not only do they sell delicious bread but they also have plenty of other baked goods to choose from. I honestly wanted to buy everything in the store. I will definitely be visiting again.

I rarely come here anymore as I need to eat low carb for health reasons. The prices have surely skyrocketed over the years. The Raspberry white chocolate scuffing used to be $1.99, now is $3.50. The breads are also spendy. I like the Pepperoni roll. You do get a free loaf when you hand in 12 labels. The business has been here for many years. Next door to Caribou Coffee.

I visited the Friday before Easter and there were bread bunnies all over the store! Most of them were dressed up and named. They were $12 for the bunny, which was equal to a regular loaf of their bread. I just couldn't pay that price. I came looking for gluten free bread or any options. I learned this location does not carry any, due to milling their own flours here. I was disappointed as I have a family member who was going to be at Easter brunch with Celiac disease (I am not on the gluten free trend train). The staff were so friendly and offered to help me find stuff to bring. I got lost in the wall of recipes. I probably took 10 copies of things I wanted to create. I left eating a caramel sea salt oatmeal cookie, which was delicious! Try a sample when you first walk in, they are not just for the kiddos!

Delicious pastries. Sometimes a hit or miss. Enjoy picking up the salter caramel cookies from the farmers market.

I've tried locations in Woodbury, St. Paul, and Linden Hills-Minneapolis, but I really like the consistency of the Burnsville location. Their savory rolls (large with ample cheese, bits of bacon, herbs, and dried tomato) are extremely satisfying - the best savory rolls I've had yet in the Twin Cities area! Their oatmeal raisin cookies are hearty without being too sweet. Their scones are a bit soft on the outside and "gooey" on the inside for my taste, and their cinnamon rolls are good, but I feel like parts of the roll were missed by the sweet cinnamon and frosting. My four stars are for the savory buns and oatmeal raisin cookies!

I've always loved Great Harvest and grew up eating their bread! Wish I could buy bread here more often, but it goes so fast cause it's too tasty!

Unfriendly staff person, felt like I was bothering her by wanting to buy some baked goods. Cinnamon twists seem undercooked and doughy.

The bread is amazing but your people suck! If you don't like serving people, go work at a funeral parlor - they have ovens too! Maybe you set the tone - being nice isn't hard! New flash - bread is sold everywhere and some is nearly as good as Great Harvest! Keep up the attitude and you will need new employment when the close.
