I ordered the pulled pork plate from the Fabled Rooster. The pulled pork was outstanding. The Yeehaw Mesquite bbq sauce had a nice smoky flavor to it, with a hint of heat. For my side, I ordered the smoked gouda potato salad. The plate only comes with 1 side, so I also ordered some of the creamed corn. The only thing that I disliked about the place, is that they serve the beer in a plastic glass. I understand that it won't break if it's dropped. But beer doesn't taste the same out of plastic.

Graze Food Hall has a huge, open space with plenty of seating, making it a great spot to gather with a group. The patio looked massive, but since it's winter, it was closed. There's a solid variety of food options, so there's something for everyone. However, ordering is really unclear. It took a bit to figure out how to actually get food, which made the experience a little frustrating.I ended up trying The Fabled Rooster, and the food was a mixed bag. The coleslaw was great--almost had a mashed potato texture, which was unique. The truffle fries were delicious with a nice little kick. The links, though, were lukewarm and tough to cut. The blue cheese link was my favorite, but the bacon cheddar one lacked any distinct flavor.Overall, it's a cool space with a lot of options, but the ordering process needs to be more intuitive. Some food was great, some was just okay, so it really depends on what you get.

The 18% charge added to the bills is ridiculous. Just put the price you pay in the menu item, not as a taped down piece of paper about "equitable" bs out of line of sight. Then for them to ask for a tip for just serving food at a counter, wow. Meatball sub and chips, $19. Brisket plate, $1.50 for each little paper cup of sauce, $30. A beer and a canned seltzer, $20. $3 parking. What a joke, over $70 for lunch. Even though it's a nice venue, the prices and practices of the business owners is something I can't get behind. Sorry not coming back, makes me feel bad for the workers who have such crappy owners who nickel and dime their patrons.

Went to Graze for lunch with coworkers and I was surprised at how empty it was! I expected there to be more folks in for a meal during the week, but noticed only a few people. We scoped out a few of the restaurants and decided on dumplings and fried rice, a Caesar salad, fried green tomatoes with French fries, and tacos. Our favorites were the shrimp tacos from Tixnil by Nixta. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The shrimp were cooked and seasoned perfectly, the slaw complimented it well, and the sauce was delicious. Our runner up were the dumplings and fried rice by Umami. Saturday Dumpling Co. made the dumplings so of course, they didn't miss. The other food we tried was okay. Nothing I would come back to Graze for, but it's fine if you need a quick bite. Since Graze is in north loop, parking is tricky but not too bad of a walk. It looks like Graze has underwent some changes and the space looks cleaner and more open. If you stumble across graze, definitely try the dumplings or the tacos!

I enjoy spending time at Graze in the summer, their rooftop patio is a fun place to sit and enjoy the sun in the summer! Graze often has live musicians or DJ's playing in the summer. Graze is a great place to stop with a large group, there's a ton of space and multiple dining options to choose from. The drinks are very small and pricey.

Graze Provisions + Libations is really a neat concept center featuring many independently owned gourmet food businesses along with 2 bars under 1 roof. They have a lot of outdoor, indoor and rooftop seating options available. It's a very short walk from city center or the Twins stadium, but it can be confusing if you are looking at the address of a food business and you don't see it. It's because it's all inside the Graze building. The building doesn't have any of the food marquee signage's outside so you become confused. (I was anyway) It was very clean inside as they had the staff cleaning tables, nice music playing and kept cool. Large variety of food options along with happy hour specials. There is something for everyone to "Graze" on!

During my most recent trip to Graze, I tried out the new Wrap stand. I ordered the Kyle (chicken Caesar) which had a giant crouton stick throughout. There was a bit too much dressing to my liking. The portions were huge- helping to make up for the high price point. I also ordered some chips. During the busy lunch rush, they directed everyone to order via QR code (which requires a lot of steps to order and pay) but decreased the time we waited to get our food. We sat outside at the lovely Graze front grass area and enjoyed the sunshine.

Fun experience at Graze Provisions + Libations - honestly, no complaints. I love checking out food hall-style spots, and Graze had a couple vendors that I wanted to try. The Last Drop Cafe + Wine Bar was definitely on my list (coffee flight for the win!), as was Union Hmong Kitchen and Viva Taco. While I hit up The Last Drop Cafe upon arriving at Graze, I took my time enjoying my coffee flight and doing some reading before wandering around to make a decision on what might sound good for an early lunch (I got to Graze around 11am on a Friday and there weren't many people around at all). I finally decided on ordering from Two Mixed Up (because c'mon... who doesn't like a smashburger and some crispy onion rings?!). Anyway... Graze as a whole has a very welcoming, chill atmosphere. It's a perfect space whether you're just there to grab some lunch and hang out while reading, or if you're meeting up with friends for some dinner and specialty cocktails. Everyone also seems to be super respectful of the space, which is great... it's not everywhere that you find people so easily cleaning up after themselves. There's also a variety of seating options (even outdoor space for when the weather is nice), and the bathrooms are nice and clean as well. Overall, just a very enjoyable experience coming here.

My work friends and I went to Graze for a happy hour after work; I love the food hall setup and the space itself is really nice. There's a ton of seating available inside & out! We started at the main downstairs bar, which was pretty busy for 1 bartender. Once we sat down, though, it was really nice to be able to scan a QR code & order online. My husband & I split the Timothy from Wrap MN. It was spicy, which I wasn't expecting, but I loved the turmeric wrap & the coleslaw/salad & sauces. We had some fried pickles & French fries for the table, which were both really tasty! There were mixed reviews on the dipping sauce for the fries, as it was very mustard heavy, but I liked it personally. Overall, the location is great, they have a nice drink selection, & there is plenty of seating, including a sweet rooftop patio.
