GrandStay

We booked the pool in advance in full as private time for our party. The agreement upfront was that we would have the space to ourselves. Halfway through our designated time, the staff asked if other people could come in. We politely declined. This led to the staff getting beyond rude to us and stating we had to let others in. They did this even when the contract clearly said it was to be a private pool event. I cannot even begin to explain how rude and demanding they were. We stay in the area frequently and I will NEVER stay at or recommend this hotel again. Absolutely horrible service and disgraceful for a place in the "hospitality" business. I look forward to giving the Spicer Hampton Inn all our family's future business.
