Goat Ridge Brewing Company

Don't let the shabby first glance fool you when you pull up to this brewery! The outside isn't much to look at but the beer and food is wonderful! We sat outside at their tables by the river, it was shaded and breezy. I enjoyed a flight and my favorites were the hefe and the dunkel. My group got several pizzas and nachos and it all was delicious with fresh ingredients. My only complaint is that they needed another bartender. One person running the bar on a Sunday afternoon seemed like a poor staffing choice and as a result we waited in line about 20 minutes just to put in our food order. The food did come out quickly once we finally got the order placed.Overall, great little place, we would return.

When you put the word goat in anything, you're bound to get my attention. Continuing the HOP passport challenge, we stopped in for our BOGO & ended up doing 2 more brews. The staff were so incredibly friendly, helpful & had a great sense of humor. We stared at the menu for what must have been an excessive amount of time, as 2 different people asked if we needed help figuring it out, tho, in reality, we were going to split and neither would commit to making the decision- so, staff chose (well) for us.Outside we went, to enjoy the great outdoors- sheesh, they picked a nice spot. I imagine bugs could be bad, depending on the time of year/ day - we stayed til they closed up and the mosquitoes were starting to buzz. An excellent stop.

We make a stop at Goat Ridge whenever we are in the area during the summer. It's an awesome spot to meet up with friends and is perfect for kiddos of all ages. The outdoor space is located along the water and my 3 year old along with plenty of older kids love to throw or walk along the rocks - it's great free entertainment! Anyway, the beer and food are delish! I've tried both pizza and more recently their street tacos and was very happy with both! Street tacos were especially good!

Such a fun place to check out! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor patio is right off the river and they have a bonfire as well, peak ambiance achieved!! Can't wait to come back when it's a tad warmer and bring my dog! There's food options as well. I went with the sour and it was super yummy! Can't wait to be back!!

New brewery-check. Met a long-time friend-check. Live bluegrass music playing outdoors-check. Scenic spot to enjoy a brew & great pizza along the Middle Fork Crow River in the back of the brewery-check. Rode our bikes here after riding on the Glacial Lakes State Trail-CHECK! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

the beer was amazing with all my favorite options. had to try 3 and take some home. the pizzas are phenomenal and got a few too many of those too lol. the atmosphere was incredible with the live music. the only thing I hate about this place is i live about 50 minutes away! will defintely be back to plan days around this place!

Great beer, staff, food, and atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful in providing suggestions depending on your taste and interest. Try the variety of pizzas, they're all good in my experience. Choose to sit outside near the river where you can bring your dog and often listen to live music, or inside at a variety of seating choices to fit your group size. The brews do change, so stop back to try the newest! This is what you want from a local brewery.

Great beer and great pizza! Family friendly atmosphere. I recommend trying the burning pig party pizza.

The atmosphere of this place is extraordinary. There's a lot of outdoor seating in nice weather and they put a lot of effort put into their entertainment on weekend evenings. The food is very good for a brewery and they also have an excellent selection of non-alcoholic beverages on tap- kumBatcha and the cold brew coffee are excellent. The retain great staff who always have a smile.
