4 stars!I'm bumping Ginza Sushi up a star! For some reason I've been on a sushi binge lately, and two of us just stopped in to give them another shot. It was nearly 7 years since my last visit.Ever since I've been eating keto/carnivore style, I have a new appreciation for sushi...and Ginza. Between the two of us we got soup and 5 kinds of sushi rolls. The food was very good and the service excellent. I was very impressed that the SAME server from 2017 served me again in 2024. Now I remember why I don't like this place. Last time we ordered take out I got sick. We ordered again and I was throwing up all night. My son ate the next day and has been throwing up all day. A few years ago I ate inside with my daughter. They took the food off the buffet and served it to us even though I do not eat buffets. For a reason! Never again!

The prices here are too high for the quality they serve. Ordered the tuna tataki and it was flavorless, 6 slices of tuna rolled in togorashi, not even a hint of ponzu. Found a bone in my yellowtail sashimi, tuna sashimi was fibrous and impossible to chew. Rolls were mediocre. I would've expected this disappointment maybe at an all you can eat sushi spot but even they beat this. I hardly leave bad reviews but wow I'm just overwhelmingly disappointed.. $86 dollars gone to waste.

My husband and I went here when another sushi place was closed and we were NOT disappointed! At first, I thought everything was a little pricey, but after we ate our first bites I stopped complaining.I ordered the Snow Mountain Roll, which was super tasty! My husband ordered the #34 House Special (fried rice, steak, chicken, and egg) that came with a side of yum yum sauce. It was so freaking good, we ordered another just to take home. I highly recommend this place! The workers were so nice and the food was quick and hot. We will definitely be coming again.
