Fusion Bistro Cafe Market

I stopped by Fusion Bistro Cafe Market this morning and ordered a blueberry scone from the bakery section! This was absolutely THE best scone I have ever had! It was crunchy on the outside and moist and FLAVORFUL on the inside! Also it had a quality vanilla drizzle on the outside that was made with care and you can tell! I challenge anyone to find a better scone either here or the twin cities! These are homemade -fresh with love! It shows and tastes! I'm obsessed with their rice bowl selections as well......but now I'm a scone-a-holic! Good job Fusion bakers and staff!

Service is always great!! Very friendly and helpful staff that does not rush you through to get to the next person. Always a timely manner in getting both yummy food or a delicious hot chia tea!! It's newly remodeled and the updates are amazing!! I plan on going in the evening and trying some wine. Very clean and spacious. There is also a small pastry shelf to choice a fresh croissant or a delicious doughnut. Everything I have eaten was made fresh, so worth the little extra wait!!! I have yet to be disappointed with Fusion.

We so enjoyed our evening of music and delicious food! The wine country pizza was so good! The service was outstanding! We will be back!

I ordered a Iced coffee with sugar free almond no cream and when they served it to me it had cream I asked the lady if I could get a coffee without cream and she said no we only do iced lattes or iced americanos so I took the coffee and it was so bitter and didn't taste good with the cream and the donuts were so stale.

Great coffee, snacks and knick-knocks. Conveniently located by an ACE hardware, so you can wait for your husband (hours in my case) and enjoy a cup of coffee while at it

This is a great coffee shop. Honestly, it's better than most of the coffee shops I frequent in Minneapolis or Austin, and I cannot recommend it enough. I was visiting my family's cabin in the area surrounding Webster, WI, but I wasn't able to take the week off work. I've been in to Fresh Start for a coffee on my way through town before, and hoped it would be a decent place to use the internet and get some work done. It's all that and more. They have several large tables in their dining room, most with nearby outlets. The internet was actually faster and more reliable than the connection I was using back in the Twin Cities. The ambiance is welcoming, and friendly without being loud - several groups filtered through during the day, chatting and catching up, but the room was never too busy for me to keep working undisturbed. The staff was friendly and helpful when we approached the counter, but also just left us alone as we worked.When you're trying to get a full day's work in, it's pretty time consuming to have to pack up and go get food at another location. That's not at all an issue with Fresh Start - we were able to arrive at 9 am, begin the morning with coffee and a breakfast sandwich (made fresh and better than anything I've ever gotten at Starbucks) before we broke for lunch and Fresh Start had a selection of sandwiches, wraps, and flatbread pizzas (my husband reports that the chicken Ceaser wrap was great.) The coffee itself was excellent, and the carafes they had ready varied day-to-day. This allowed me to try a few different roasts for a simple 25 cent refill fee- totally reasonable, and allows me to top-up when my brew gets cold. I'm so grateful that Fresh Start has been able to set themselves up and succeed. This is seriously a perfect coffee shop and I'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

I really want this place to make it, so I've been trying to frequent the coffee shop, but so far I have not been thrilled with my experiences.I've gone to Fresh Start a few times to do some work (they have free wifi - a big plus). The internet has been inconsistent, but if you ask the staff, they will reset the router and it usually starts working again after this. The coffee is pretty good and I don't think the prices are too high because of the quality. I have had lattes, cappuccinos, drip coffee, and tea. I have also had the breakfast pizza (no meat). All were good and I would order again. The reason for the 3 stars is that a few weekends ago, I went to Fresh Start at 7am on a Saturday. Although the opening time posted on the window is 7am, no one showed up to open the store until 8am. I've worked at coffee shops before, so I understand that someone may have slept past their alarm and were scrambling when they got there, but the service I received when I came in was pretty bad. Multiple cars had been waiting outside since 7am (along with a lot of other cars that had come and gone). When we were finally let inside, there was no apology for the delayed opening or even an acknowledgement. An older couple sitting next to me ordered 2 coffees and 2 blueberry muffins. The barista said the muffins were in the oven, so there would be a short wait, but she didn't give a time. The muffins ended up not being ready for about 25 minutes and the couple was getting very frustrated that they were ready to go, but still had not received the muffins they paid for. I gave the girls a couple of minutes to get organized, but when I did go up to the counter to order a latte, no one said anything to me or helped me for a good minute or two. It was a little awkward...Overall, I will go back to Fresh Start because I want it to succeed. I just hope they get their service issues figured out, because the products they are selling are good.

Fantastic service, coffee & love to take home the ground beans, makes getting out of bed almost tolerable.

Excellent choices and yummy snacks! Also a nice variety of crafts from local artisans. Great place for gift shopping as well!

If you love coffee this is definitely the place to go. They also have great food & sweets as well. Catch up on internet stuff on their WiFi & enjoy a refill or 2 as well
