Bunk beds? Oh they have them. Really helpful non-commission staff. Huge variety, fair pricing-- I didn't buy anything or I may given them five stars.

Gregg is awesome! Very friendly and a true salesman. I purchased a mid century minders dining table here on sale in the clearance area. They had the exact same one on the floor for triple the price. Gregg have me a super steal on it. But some of the other items on the floor are a bit overpriced and can be purchased other places for about 30-40% less. Sherri a person that answers the phone isn't very pleasant.

I will not buy furniture here again! It's been 6 weeks and 5 days of dealing with a defective table, setting up deliveries, pick ups, photos (even though I brought photos to the store), and no return calls. This on top of the 10 weeks of waiting for initial delivery of the table. I've been dealing with a store that doesn't care about their customers since last October, it's now March. I will go to Ashley, Hom or anywhere else. This has been a furniture nightmare!

I love their stuff. It is always high quality and fairly priced. Their customer service is awesome! I bought a loveseat recliner from them about 15 years ago. My birds chewed through the wires a few months ago and I couldn't find a replacement part online. As a last resort I called them for advice. They looked up the receipt after all that time. They had an employee who came to my home w the new part and installed it for a very nominal fee. That's the kind of customer service you rarely get anymore. Highly recommend

Uncommonly amazing customer service. The manager, Greg, went above and beyond in resolving an issue that wasn't his fault but merely an issue that fell through the cracks. I'm a faithful and loyal customer after his work to help resolve the issue so well. Great value, excellent selection and expert design help from his friendly staff. I live 30 miles away but it's always worth the trip.
