Stopped to reminisce and had some of the best cheese curds and fried pickles we've had up in the North woods. The drinks were also well made and delicious! We'll be back, Adam!

"The Frontier Restaurant" has new owners. Since they have re-opened, we have had several opportunities to try their menu at different times and occasions. The service has been friendly and prompt. They have wonderful home-made soup daily as well as a variety of sandwiches and specials.We had the Friday night fish fry. Everything was very good. We ordered baked fish and the deep fried fish, with coleslaw, marble rye bread and a choice of French Fries, potato salad, sweet potato fries or baked sweet potato. Opening hours are 11:00 A.M. Since the new owners took over, the food has been consistently delicious and the service is great too. I absolutely recommend!
