Friendly Bar

We had not eaten at the Friendly in quite a while. We both wanted broasted chicken. No chicken on the menu anymore. The menu is pretty dull. Think any bar menu anywhere. Burgers, frozen pizza, deep fried frozen apps, the basics. Unfortunately these items are not prepared very well. It's too bad. The Friendly used to have some good food.

Great food and service. The food and drink prices are low compared to a lot of places and the quality doesn't suffer for it. Check it out. Frog legs every Friday too.

Well, sometimes not so friendly.Don't order a side of fries, as you will get the equivalent of a small mcd fry for almost $3. Ripoff.Most lunch specials okay.Locals will always frown at you even if you smile at them.No debit or credit cards or checks here....just cash.Not impressed!

This place is just down the street from Fonda's. Another great spot for cheap lunch deals. I have had some excellent hot sandwiches here, all for under $5.00. This is another spot I wish was closer to home.

Excellent place to bring friends and family! Best Fish Fry in NW Wisconsin. Try the Frog Legs. They are also excellent!

Great local restaurant love the daily lunch specials. The mare near is great and the Friday fish fry is unbeatable.

This place rocks. Doesn't matter if ur there for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The service is great, people are friendly and the food is super!This is small town America at it's best!

Amazinng food and great prices! Love their Bloody Marys, by far the best I've ever had. They also have a Mare Bear sandwich, which is to die for. It has a homemade sauce, that you could practically drink. Service was excellent, made us feel welcome and very comfortable. Even left after making a few friends with the owner and a couple locals. Would recommend to anyone headed up North passing through Star Prairie. We will absolutely be back.
