Forkless

Amazing food, and service. This restaurant is truly forkless! The inside of the location is very family/modernized in the best way possible. When I walked in, they were hand slicing ingredients. They have a decent selection of old fashioned and small business sodas. The pizza was really good. It was not overly greasy and it was properly cooked and not burned. The chicken wings had the cleanest presentation I have ever seen in my ENTIRE life. They were also really good. Some of the chicken wings were comically small though only 2-3 of them .

Well, I was really hoping to be eating and reviewing the food but after 2+ hours I finally found out they had never started my online order. Even after a phone call, where I was told it was 3rd up. When they finally discovered there had been a disconnect between their online ordering and something internal I was asked "what do you want us to do?". Since I had starving children I asked how long it would take to arrive, but of course due to weather they couldn't guarantee anything. Horrific customer service, my order was placed at 4:51pm (well before dinner) on purpose due to wintery weather. One call at 6:12pm and another at 7:04. Do better. No apology or let us fix this...

I liked it! It was a solid pizza, perfect amount of sauce, flavored well, and the best cheese with the block circles. (I'll show a pic of that so you know what I'm talking about). My son and husband really disliked the pepperoni on theirs. It was really big pep. I didn't try it but loved my cheese!

The pizza is good, the prices are right. The people are amazing. I have bought from here over the years for the family and we enjoy it. Recently I realized I can get two slices of pizza at lunch for 5.50 and they are huge. It's a solid deal and it's worth it on that Friday when I don't want to think. Good pizza with awesome staff and ownership. Love supporting these guys!0

The good, the bad and the ugly: The good, The pizza is possibly some of the best pizza I've had hands down. Full disclosure, I'm not a NYC native who cut his teeth on Una Pizza Napoletana but I've had my share of pies and Forkless in Maple Plain is easily in my top 3 pizzerias. Ironically, pizza isn't even what Forkless is all about. From mouthwatering smoked meats and a food truck for catering and corporate events, Forkless offers one of the most dynamic food offerings in the west suburbs or dare I say entire twin cities. From their delicious "Pizza Rollers" to their in store selection of quality bagged smoking pellets Dave and Misty have really created something special in this small town of Maple Plain that Forkless calls home. The Bad,I'ts hard to categorize having an open and caring heart as being a characteristic of "The Bad" however helping out someone who has strayed from the path of virtue and giving them a chance and opportunity to correct their course is the only culpability of Misty and Dave, the owners this establishment. Upon calling or entering Forkless at 4902 US-12, Maple Plain, MN 55359 you may likely be greeted by friendly, eager to help gentleman, short in stature with a backward ball cap. Jeremy P. Morrissette presents as an altruistic individual quick to add in an extra dipping sauce or comp a topping. I would frequently see MR Morressette walking to and from work, bag of pop in hand or his backpack flung over his shoulder. Walking through the snow with only a light jacket one evening I was prompted to engage in a retrospectively common occurrence for Jeremy, I offered to help, I offered Jeremy a ride. The Ugly,I've been hard pressed to find a line of bullshit I couldn't immediately peg and by the time we reached his final destination I knew what I was dealing with. From the abundance of over sharing regarding his living situation with his mother to the disrespectful way he referred to her, Jeremy regurgitated a carefully scripted story void of any personal wrongdoing or responsibility. My personal approach to any person is that what you've done in your past and what people allege or say has no bearing on the way I treat you. Everyone starts with a clean slate and unless you do something negatively to me or someone I love, you won't be treated negatively or judged by myself.It became clear that I had opened Pandoras Box. Jeremy exploited every instance of help and trespassed on every instance of hospitality that was given to him. Jeremy begins to have conversations with Chandra which develops into clandestine lifestyle of methamphetamine procurement and use. Being on a limited income, Jeremy devised a system of defrauding forkless to fund his addiction. He began preparing food for individuals and putting the food on his "work tab". He would then use the cash to buy drugs, often using Chandra to drive. I purchased 3 wraps to try: whole hog, clucker, and the cuban. The clucker and cuban were okay but what made me really like the place was the whole hog. I want to have another. The service was good.

Cute, delicious bbq place with a family-owner atmosphere. Good place to take out or dine in with a few friends. My husband and I split the Smokehouse wrap with brisket and it filled us both up.

Formless is a convenient spot on the main strip in Maple Plain. They have pizza, ribs, wraps, appetizers, and desserts - all of it you can eat without a fork!! Get it? Haha! They prep hot food and wraps when they are ordered and have baked goods like yummy cornbread and bundtinis ready to go. The restaurant has the typical order at the counter and pick your own seat style of service, or you can call ahead and pick up. They also do delivery locally for around $2.00. I ordered the cup of brisket chili and it was fantastic, it came with shredded cheddar and Fritos which were a good addition! I also added on the recommended cornbread which was fresh and tasty! My friend ordered a pepperoni & green olive pizza on a thin crust and it smelled amazing, she loved it. We also got some Bundtinis, they hadn't taken them out of the freezer yet but they were thawed by the time we got them! My friend was given the wrong flavor but she liked it anyway! We had lemon and red velvet. The Bundtinis are from Nothing Bundt Cake. The fellows in the store were courteous and made good food!

This place really surprised me with the overall quality of the food. The pizza crust had the perfect crispness and the Buffalo sauce was amazing. The smokehouse wrap was very full of meat and the Gouda Mac and cheese was great as-well but it was a little cold. I wish they didn't only sell meat by the pound because otherwise I would have ordered a variety of meats. Definitely will come back tho.

It was a brisk, cool day in Maple Plain and I was really craving a CURDIZZA from Forkless. As I walked briskly through the parking lot, anxiously anticipating a hot, steamy, fresh ooey gooey slice of CURDIZZA, I entered Forkless with a smile on my face. I was greeted by the friendly staff. My personal favorite is the owner, Dave. He said "WELCOME INTO FORKLESS" as I entered. "Dave! You know why I'm here!" I excitedly replied. "ONE CURDIZZA COMING UP" Dave yelled to the little high schoolers in the back. My CURDIZZA was ready PRONTO and I ate that s**t right up. OOEY GOOEY GOODNESS I recommend Forkless and that CURDIZZA to everyone I meet!
