Fat Nats Eggs

We found that Fat Nats Eggs has multiple locations, and I live near three of them (lucky me!). This meal was had at the New Hope location.My friend got the Fat Nat's Slider, and I had the Huevos Rancheros con Papas Favorito. I love saying the name of this dish almost as much as I love eating it.We both ordered decaf as the accompaniment to the water. I enjoyed that the water wasn't ice cold. I don't drink cold water, and I hadn't had a chance to ask for water without ice, so I didn't have to remove the ice from the glass. Whomever I dine with usually gets the extra ice.The food and coffee were great. I appreciate when coffee doesn't taste scorched. The carnitas on the huevos was juicy and plentiful. The crispy tortilla capped off a delicious medley of flavors. The green chili had a beautiful heat that made this dish even more easy to gobble. My friend loved slider, especially as it was huge. We both got two meals out of the one, due to the serving sizes.The service was friendly and quick. We never felt neglected or had to ask for refills or anything else. Also, If you have a party of two or less, the wait shouldn't be long. The restaurant was packed and we waited only about 15 minutes for a table.

I have been to the location in St Anthony. The feel is different here. This location has a more diner feel to it . They're a very popular place for breakfast . Come and expect to have to wait. Staff is nice but you do feel herded in and out because of it. Breakfast comes out hot and fast . Food tastes pretty good for diner food and expect lots of hash browns . Definitely a popular place with my bf for breakfast.

I went to Fat Nats for Sunday breakfast! It was very busy, but the wait was quick! Less than 5 minutes to get a table at 10:00! I ordered the corned beef hash with a pancake and both were good, the pancake was a bit sweeter than I prefer, but still tasty! Service was very quick and our coffee cups stayed full with hot coffee!

If you're looking for a good breakfast with huge portions and at a reasonable price, Fat Nats is your place. We had the Norm's and Mike's omelette. Mike's has potatoes inside and we added a side of hashbrowns to the Norm's for $2.00. Portions are huge. Omelette's are well cooked, not to greasy. Overall very good. Place is always busy. We went before 8:00 and the place was already almost full. Plenty of parking too.

Fat Nat's is just simply wonderful. It's usually busy but the staff is great and the turnover is pretty quick. You cannot beat the food there and the diner ambiance inside is just cozy and inviting. Hope you enjoy your visit!!

Best breakfast! They know us and some staff make a point to come say hi even if we are not in their section. We love their food because we can't find anyone who makes our favorites like they do!!!

Food was ok at best. The huevos rancheros was one of the recommended dishes so I ordered it. It was just some seasoned pulled meat on top of crisp tortilla rounds with cheese on top and a side dish of very chunky red salsa. Asked for the creamy avocado salsa verde that was listed on the menu as part of the dish. Was told it was mixed into the meat, but they would bring some out. Instead, they brought out the hatch green chile salsa. Had to flag someone down to get the right salsa. Even with it, the dish still felt dry and like a pile of meat on a tortilla, not a cohesive dish. And was never checked on during the meal. The dishes my friends ordered were also just ok. Know this place is a local favorite but I'm not sure if I understand why.

If you are not opposed to waiting long time to get seated, this is great breakfast place. Sort of tight seating but worth it. Coffee pot delivered along with gigantic water glasses do never have to flag waitstaff down. They have the best omelette and I swear they do something special crazy with their pancakes, literally melt in your mouth. Good value, huge portions. We will go back again and again!

I LOVE a good Eggs Benedict breakfast and usually order it whenever I see it on the menu. This was a good and fresh, the ham was cooked well and the hollandaise sauce was very good! The service was unusually super fast for a busy restaurant. I will return for a hearty breakfast in the future.

I have been visiting Fat Nats for a little over 2 years now after moving to the area. This diner-esk spot is a must! The menu is huge, the service is fast and friendly- always refilling that coffee! Wait times can vary depending on the time and day you visit. As you can imagine it is very busy on the weekends especially that Sunday Brunch crowd. Even so, I have never had to wait more than 20 min for a table. This fast paced spot will have you in and out leaving no crumbs behind. My go to order is a classic eggs benedict with one pancake on the side. Did I mention it has an almond flavor?! YUMMY! Fat Nats is located in New Hope within a strip mall so there is ample parking any time of day!
