Food 4/5 - The food was overall good! The spicy taco salad was spicy and packed with flavor. The ribeye special was cooked to order and side of potato was unique. Also love that they have mocktail options! Service / Ambiance 4/5 - We got seated right away on a busy Friday night at 6:00pm. Our food was hot and came out within 15-20 minutes. Overall, very pleased with Eli's!

Got together with a couple great friends. They suggested Eli's, as I'd never even heard of it.I feel glad that I was introduced to this wonderful place. The wait staff have a vibe kind of like Pizza Luce: Friendly, hip, and unconventional. The service was stellar, as was the food and drink.I had the Garden Party drink, and it was way too easy to drink. The flavors are balance and refreshing. I love cucumber in drinks (Pimm's & Lemonade), so this really hit the spot.I ordered the Goddess Chopped Salad and Elote. The Elote was ridiculously good. I should have ordered one to go, because I keep thinking about that corn. The salad was a wonderful mix of flavors and textures, as any good chopped salad should be. The dressing was the perfect accompaniment. This is a place I will visit again.

Food was good, but a little underwhelming and serving sizes were small for the price. Ambiance was fine but wish the patio was a little more covered or private, being right off Hennepin theres a lot of traffic. Drink selection was good, had a nice beer there.

After my first visit, I'm a huge fan. Laid back atmosphere with a chef driven menu and great cocktails. A perfect place to brunch. Don't snooze on the hasbrowns-they are magical. Gotta love a place that makes their desserts in house and Eli's delivers. No pretense. No pomp and circumstance.

I used to love this place. We had the dry rub wings but they weren't very rubbed, and the blue cheese dressing was watery. I ordered the asparagus salad with prosciutto, and it came with bacon more than prosciutto. It's not the same as it used to be.

Food: I got the meat loaf, bacon wrapped, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Asparagus was kind of floppy, but had a good taste. Mashed potatoes had a good flavor. The bacon wrapped meatloaf was burnt. Now I'm not sure if that's how they normally serve it or if I just got a bad piece or two but it wasn't really that tasty.Service: the service was really good for the most part. The only thing my son noticed is that the waiter was a bit over bearing on the amount of questions he asked about our personal life.Ambience: quaint little place, not the greatest that I've ever been in, but quaintOverall: C-

Our first time at Eli's....met some friends. Hubby had turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich and liked it but didn't love it. He loved his tater tots, however.I had the veggie risotto special of the week which was amazing!3 beers for the 2 of us plus a sandwich and risotto was about $70. Rather pricey. Note: homemade chips were not great.Waiter was fantastic.

Food is always amazing. Their fries are similar to everyone's favorite fast food place. Sloppy Joe seems simple but is so good and doesn't taste like anyone else's. The specialty pastas are always good too. It has become my coworkers favorite place to have lunch for the food and great service!
