Typical Mexican restaurant interior and music playing in the background. It's a relatively quiet place. The ladies working were kind and patient, especially with the kids. My food was very hot and very good. Kids had a cheese quesadilla which I tried and thought was pretty good. If you're in this area and want Mexican you could do worse, even though I think it's a little bit pricey.

Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, good food! Easy access on the main road, and a great option over the fast food near the interstate. Try the burrito zapata or chicken nachos!

I got a lot of recommendations for this place when I first moved in, and I was so disappointed. I'm grew up in Southern Arizona and Texas this just didn't meet my standards. The red sauces tasted like marinara, the salsa just tasted like pace restaurant salsa, the horchata tasted like syrup, and the churros were stale. I'm glad that it has good recommendations in the area and that the locale enjoy it, but it could have been fresher and more authentic tasting in my personal opinion.

The food is delicious and authentic. The Tacos Mexicanos are simple but very flavorful. The salsa verde comes on the side to add extra heat and flavor. The servers are friendly knowledgeable of the ingredients, if you have dietary restrictions. There are daily special during the week and a full bar. I would recommend this restaurant if you are passing through the area.

I'll be back! A great Mexican Restaurant in small town Sauk Centre, MN. Our server was fun and attentive. The chips and salsa were great and I loved their idea of 2 bowls and a small pitcher for the salsa. The chimichanga and chili relleno were very good!

This was like the best Mexican food I've had in a long time! I'm from the city and I was so pleasantly surprised by this authentic Mexican food in rural MN. The rice specifically was amazing!

Margaritas and guacamole are an unnatural fluorescent green. The steak in all our meals was extremely tough. Average food at best.
