Went in tonight for Valentine's Day with my gf, got there around 5pm and wasn't busy at all, took 20 min just to get our house margaritas along with chips and salsa by the host! Different server came by and asked if we were ready to order and I said to give me a few more minutes...set the menus down at the end of the table so she knew we were ready, she walked past us several times without stopping...finally after 45 minutes a different server came and asked if we had our order taken yet...he wrote them down and put them in, 30 minutes later our food comes out and my food was completely the wrong thing...took another 20 minutes for my one dish to get made and brought out...by that time my gf was already done eating and my food was scorching hot to where I couldn't even eat it for 10/15min! Ended up putting it in a to go box and paid the bill and left! I've worked in many restaurants in the past 10 yrs and have never seen such horrible service and communication! Was there for over 2hrs when it should have been a pretty quick bite to eat! Will not be returning to that location again! If I could give this a 0 I would!

Terrible. Should've guessed. We pulled into the parking lot at 5:45 on a Friday and there were only 6 cars. Chips were greasy, salsa had no flavor (Pace is better). I had the chicken fajitas and they were average, at best. He had Enchiladas Roja, which were about the same.Terrible service. Skip it.

We ate at El Loro a couple days ago and the food was really good! We had the Carne Asade and Steak a la Chicana. The service was great and we loved the restaurant atmosphere with the colorful artwork throughout. We will be back to eat there again soon!

0 stars. the owner is a Lying piece of shit. I ordered my food with NO tomato and the owner on the phone tells me there is no tomatoes in the dish. I get the dish and it's filled with tomatoes. I bring it back and say I thought you said there weren't any(as I am allergic to them) he just laughed at me and said well we didn't add any. of course we cooked the chicken with them and threw them in there because chicken can't cook without the tomatoes were his words. he tells me he is the manager to begin with and he was the one on the phone, but knowing how wrong he was he refused to give me the real manage/owners name. He definitely can't be it otherwise they are in a world of hurt, beyond what happens here if I get sick from eating the tomatoes

Service, other than female dropping off chips. I had to get up and grab my own menus, and the man just watched me pick them up. When I ordered simple water, one with Lemon, and I even said in Spanish, still got both waters with lemon and only requested one w lemon. Bad communication, no understanding of being prompt, lunchtime (disrespectful of time limits with your work/lunch hour). Not attentive, sadly. If they would just even visit other good restaurants regarding service, observe/absorb, they'd make more money food-wise, and likely drink-wise. I've observed this now twice, at different times of the day (which they were never busy at both times). Hmm...wonder why? When food came, it wasn't as pictured and was slightly disappointing. Husband even stated he'd never order their take-out. Here's hoping they improve as I believe it "could" be successful with an open mind.

No flan...Our server (Christian) was very nice but busy as the other staff members weren't around much.The food was hot but the chorizo had a lot of gristle.What really bummed me out was that they had flan on the menu but not in the kitchen.
