My partner and I came here and quick to instantly regretted that decision. First, we walked in and stood at the bar while the ladies (cooks and waitress) were laughing and chatting for a solid ten minutes before a man walked through the side door and greeted/ approached us by saying "what you want?", I honestly thought it was a random man walking in pretending to work there but turns out he did work there. He walked in excessively sweating, wreaked of beer and the unstable look in his eye said he was doing more than just drinking while on his break. We were handed a menu to share while standing and weren't asked if we wanted to eat there or if it was to go but we were standing until after we ordered and sat ourselves down after taking our order. Which, others walked in after us and were seated when they arrived. When we ordered, it was at least a 12 minute ordeal because the man didn't understand English, which was understandable to an extent but even after asking the waitress for help with understanding what we wanted, they got both of our orders wrong... mine was something that didn't even look appetizing to me so I took it back and and told them to take it off the bill because I wouldn't be eating it. They understood that part, but just stared at me instead of asking if I wanted something else instead. I went back to the table, and my boyfriend decided to eat his meal even though it's not what he originally wanted either, after we left within just two hours he got extremely sick in the stomach and knew it was from the food because he hadn't eaten anything else that day. The best part of this experience was the fresh chips and salsa, they were delicious but everything else, especially the customer service really sucked. It's one thing not understanding English but it's something completely different when you see them putting effort into helping other customers and treating you differently for whatever reason. The waitress was kind to the other guests yet seemed like she didn't even want to talk to us let alone serve us. We won't be returning here, that's for sure. If you have "gluten free" options on the menu (not what we ordered) you would think they would at least be informed on what a vegetarian burrito is. Please staff, do better.

Great Mexican restaurant. Newly renovated, they updated the bar area, it is much nicer than when it was Mí Mexico. The food is very good still even though it is more of a chain. Give it a try if you haven't yet.

Great food! The service was exceptional. Chips and salsa as a starter. Iced tea was really good and so was my entrée. Try the enchilada. It's delicious.

Even after a reply to my previous review addressing my concerns, nothing beyond a reply was done to refund the extra $20 stolen from my bank account. As much as my family enjoyed the food from here and eating out here, we have not been back since my card was overcharged and never refunded. It is never acceptable for a business to overcharge customers, this is simply stealing.

Ordered to go and arrived 20 minutes after I placed my order. Then I ended up waiting another 20 minutes to get my food. Initially they asked if I wanted to be seated then I told them I was picking up to go and they basically ignored me for the next 10 minutes so I stopped the waitress and asked how long it would be and she went to check with the kitchen and she said it would be 10 or 15 minutes then asked if that would be okay. No it was not ok. I was extremely upset. Then on top of it I used the restroom and that is a mistake I will not make again. It was so disgusting and dirty there was nasty grime on the light switch. Not going back. Would not recommend.

Charges you 3% for using your credit card, smh. The food is not bad. Sorta stingy with the salsa and chips. I recommend one to try Viejo Rancho restaurant. Their food portions are bigger for the value of the meal you pay.
