I'm sorry, but this is the slowest DQ I've ever been to... It t was getting better. I think they were under new management? But a trip tonight through the drive through with 4 cars in line taking 33 min is unacceptable. The parking lot had maybe 2 cars in it so I'm guessing that it was not busy inside. It's also a difficult company to complain to, it takes a long time to get nowhere... I'm embarrassed that they are a MN company. If they can't take care of their people at home, how can they across the country.

Chicken strip basket tonight. No fries. Surprised? Not really. Long wait in the drive thru? Yep. Typical.

Went into DQ to pick up Dilly Bars ended up waiting 20 minutes as manager walked i circles versus opening another register.Will not be going back to that location very disappointing.

Terrible service. The man who took my order was rude when I asked him a question about a food item. I was not treated with respect. The resturant was overall filthy and the bathrooms and the kitchen looked especially dirty. The food is a terrible value for the money you pay for it.
