I felt really stressed out walking in here. There was somehow a lot of things but also not a lot of things? Confusing? Let me elaborate. The shelves were like half empty and very picked through. However, there were boxes of stuff piled up in the corners that you could tell customers had tried going through even though employees hadn't unpacked them yet. Also - tons of stuff all on the floor and on the bottom shelves of the empty aisles. There were many seasonal items where I could I find literally only one of it.The checkout lines were reasonable and the employees were nice! I felt significantly relieved when I exited. (Also the lights were weirdly dim?). Also, I found what I was looking for at Hobby Lobby at a cheaper price for a higher quality. Sheesh.

First thing I notice walking in is how dirty the floor is. Not sure the carpet thing works here. They had signs saying they were were hiring were stockers. I noticed they had piles of unpacked stock/boxes all around in every aisle blocking a lot of the stoppable products. Seemed like a lot. They also had a lot of boxes in every aisle of stray product. It was a bit overwhelming & made the store look very messy. Plus who wants product that is basically on the dirty floor?I know it's the "dollar store" & maybe I shouldn't expect much but I've seen really nice & neat dollar trees. The shopping experience is much more enjoyable when it's a clean environment. Can't beat $1 products! I like getting stationary, art supplies, party supplies, season decorations and hair clips/pins here mostly. The cashier was really nice and friendly.

So, having been working at home for two months, a girl's gotta go and grab some candy every once in a while. This location was near another place we had to stop and decided to fill our sweet tooth. The cashier was nice and processed our sweets quickly. There are still some people who haven't caught on to the social distancing idea, so we had to swerve around a few folks. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. Will probably be back.

This is the dirtiest and messiest Dollar Tree that I have even been into. Are these franchised? If yes, don't they ever have corporate inspections? Yikes! It really was a mess.

Yay for the Dollar Tree!Perfect place for the following:-Plastic Silverware- great to store in the cubicle for lunches-Wrapping Paper -Turkey roasting tins- perfect for making chex mix- Napkins- Kleenex- they carry Puffs and they are some of the softest things around.-Some party decorations for showers, themes parties etc.Not everything they carry I would buy, but for a few necessities that I can buy here a whole lot cheaper, this is the place. I was so happy to find out that they carried the decent and did I mention soft kleenex. Comes in very handy for cold season. This one is pretty good sized, clean with plenty of parking.

On Monday I arrived at the store to find a crudely hand written sign saying closed for inventory. Stopped by the next day there was a different sign saying closing at 2:30. Today on Wednesday I decided to call first. There phone rang for some time and a person answered. I asked if they were open. Should we play I answered the phone didn't I in a sarcastic tone of voice and then hung up on me. I don't recommend this place at all.

Just visited the store at 10 a.m. on a Wednesday morning. A sign was on the door that the store would not open until 12 noon. Other days I have seen signs that indicate store is closing at 7 p.m. The store hours change all the time based upon the staff. Apparently, the store has great difficulty finding people to work at the store. This chain also recently raised their prices and many items are cheaper at other stores in the area. The customer service has also deteriorated recently. This used to be my "go-to" store for so many items but cannot spend money at the store if they are not open and continue to change their hours. Very sad.

went here on a sunday & it was closed at 12pm when the doors & website say it opens at 10am. a lot of people were waiting outside the store. the front door was unlocked but the main door was locked. if you aren't going to be open, it's a good idea to leave a sign communicating that to customers.

I shop various Dollar Tree stores primarily for mailing supplies, gift wrap, etc. This particular location is absolutely filthy and has been since before the pandemic and subsequent labor shortages. Some things can't be helped by the store staff, like the worn carpet in the entryway. But they could run a vacuum once in a while. The aisles are messy, displays always seem half-done, with boxes sitting in the aisles and causing tripping hazards for elderly customers.

Terrible customer service. The woman at the cash register was awful!!! I was so embarrassed. I set my basket in a place where it looked like you put them underneath the belt after I unloaded my items, it was clearly a misunderstanding, and I got scolded like a kindergartner by the cashier ! She said she didn't want her "customers" to trip over the baskets with their carts, like I wasn't a customer. I felt judged and misunderstood. She told me to hand over the baskets so I did, then proceeded to roughly throw my stuff down the belt and mumbled to herself and didn't even bag my bins I got, she bagged my socks and air fresheners and threw them inside my bins and whipped the receipt into my hand. I will NEVER go back here.
