Dollar Tree

Called to ask if there was a product and the employee spent a second in thought, yelled "NO" and hung up the phone. Fast forward to a week later. Go in to pick something up and an employee was having a meltdown on her personal phone in the office, however you could hear every word on the sale floor, cursing and yelling for several minutes. Absolutely hysterical behavior. Minutes later, the other employee took a personal call on the sale floor. This is not an impressive store to begin with, it is relatively small and there are few staff members there that actually adhere to professionalism and assistance. There is a much larger store further down the road. I suggest going literally anywhere for anything you need. Not worth the headache....

I am all about saving money, and I am a frequent customer and many dollar tree locations. This is definitely one of the bigger stores. The staff here are always very sweet and friendly. Right next to the thrift shop, so that's awesome. Typically pretty clean and organized. I prefer this one over the one on Lexington and Larpenteur!

Creepiest place ever. This is a place that I hope I never have to go there again. I mean it's a dollar store so my expectations can't be too high but this place was just so bad. The floor is completely stained with red and green and black stuff would it hurt to clean that place a little and the floor isn't even carpet so I wouldn't expect it to be to hard to clean. And once we were checking out our stuff we looked in the little candy section at the counter, there was a huge knife in there! This place was just creepy and shady, would not come again.

Was told to leave my bag at the counter. Sorry but there's no way in hell am I leaving every single important thing I own out of my possession being 600 miles from home.

If you purchase anything from this store get a receipt!!!!!! They honestly will scam you for a dollar!!!! Two nights in a row and with the same manager and cashier working!!!! They're running some sort of hustle on the company. Not to mention the items never getting stocked or should I " we haven't received the shipment our yet", as the back room sits full of unpacked boxes. Just saying this store wasn't great a few yrs ago but now its worst.

Rude! Rude! Rude! I've worked customer service people and I understand we have bad days and good days but there is no reason what so ever to take your anger out on your customers. I was shopping with my mom and my mom asked a silly question which was is everything was a dollar of course I knew it was but for some reason I asked the cashier "jeanie", and with a snide sour puss attitude said "well. It is the dollar store". Are u kidding me? Wow. I asked what we problem was and she said she had no problem and wasn't giving me an attitude and rolled her eyes at few times at me. I have never been so disgusted by the audacity of some people? What did I do wrong here? Nothing. All she could of responded with was "yes it is". If you're having a bad day, why take it out on someone else to ruin their day and return, have them yell back, to ruin ur day even further? Pathetic. I would not go back. I've called 3 times and each time, I got the to around saying the "manager" isn't in at the time.
