Dollar Tree

A Dollar Tree is a Dollar Tree but this one's pretty decent. The employees seem pretty nice but stick to themselves like normal. There is no freezer/fridge section at this location but I can find plenty of moderately healthy snacks otherwise! They have what I thought was an off brand veggie chips brand but it turns out that HyVee sells the same type for four times as much. I'll always stop here instead of the bigger stores around for a quick bag of munchies!

Old lady in the store is so strict, no one can touch or simply test the balls out. The way she presents herself is unprofessional and the store is dirty. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Make sure to not come here if you want to buy anything!!! I simply was playing with a bouncy ball and I set it down in the candy isle because I wanted to look at the candy. As I turn around to look at more candy, an old lady worker is giving me the most disgusting stare I have ever seen. She then says "I know that's not where you found that ball" with the biggest attitude. I simply just grabbed the ball and went out of the candy isle because I did not want to deal with an angry old lady. I walked about 20 feet and then turned around again and she was still giving me that disgusting glare. Now this made me concerned so I said "Why are you staring at me like that, I can't use the ball i'm buying?" And she says "Girl you better not play with me right now" as if she wasn't the one mad that I was simply in the store. I then said again "Why can't I use the ball im paying for??" and that's when my friends are asked up to the register to get checked out. She tells them, not even me, "Tell your friend to not come into this store again" So i said "Okay maybe I won't buy this then" and I walked out of the store. After my friends walked out they had told me they literally had to get her to stop staring out the window at me to get her to do her job and check them out. We have all been going to this store since we were babies, but at the age of 17 I guess I am not allowed here again because she thought I was setting down a ball in an area where she would've had to actually do her job and put things back at the end of the day. I wish I did get this employee's name so I could share it on here, but I bet you would know who she is if you have also been stared down because you acted like a customer and not an employee.

I went to this store today. The girl I talked to in the store was very friendly & helpful! The woman that checked me out almost slapped my hand twice when I was trying to put the bar between my order & the lady behind me. She yelled NO twice to me! She apparently knew the lady behind me because she said she goes to her because she wraps her purchases but the woman said I do that for everyone but I purchased a coffee cup & she didn't wrap it for me! She obviously hates her job and customers in general & should be fired!

The only reason this location is getting a 2 star is because its a Dollar Tree and has a lot of good cheap finds in here and its the closest one to where I live but after my experience the other day I may venture to The Sunray location instead which is almost as close. I was in the store right before closing and just to get 2 items that were in different isles and when I was going down the isle to grab the 2nd item the store employee informed me it was 9pm so I hurried down isle to grab item and as I proceeded she said "jesus, closing time means closing time, why cant people get that" in a loud angry voice.then I came up to counter to pay I basicly pointed to this lady has no business working in anything customer service related and she didnt say sorry just have a good night
