Looking for a cozy wine shop where there is great selection of Wine/Beer/Whiskey/Other Spirits and the staff can always give a spot on recommendation? Look no further than Dolce Vita.Nestled in the old Chaska Depot in Chaska's historic downtown, this shop has everything you need. If they don't have it, they can order it. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.The shop hosts free wine tasting on Friday nights and Whiskey and Scotch classes throughout the year. I've been shopping here for years and will continue to do so.

Superb wine options and a super friendly staff. They have free wine tastings every Friday! Their craft/micro beer selection is good, too, with good local and regional options that are sometimes hard to find. Can't go wrong!!

So lucky to have this shop nearby - they have a great selection of small batch wines and spirits that you can't find at the big shops. The staff is super helpful and the owner is regularly on site and passionate about good juice and lives what he does!

I live in So Cal, and there's definitely no scarcity of liquor stores but doubt I would ever write a review of any of them. When I was visiting my BFF last weekend in MN, we stopped in here just to grab a bottle of wine, but it happened to be just at the time of their Friday wine tastings so we stuck around. I am in love with this shop! From the moment I walked in I could tell that the owner has put a great deal of thought and love into creating this place. I took my time perusing all the shelves and enjoying the wonderful vibe. This just might be what tips the scales for me to move there (well, this place and my BFF) LOL

I LOVE this shop! The owner, staff and special events vendors are always friendly and helpful. And did I mention knowledgeable? Whenever I need a gift for housewarming, birthday or other occasion I stop into the shop (usually in a panic) and have always been steered in the right direction. I always feel good about my purchase and the gift recipient always seems pleased! I don't know a lot about wines or spirits, but I'm learning! I've attended a few wine tastings and spirits classes and I'm amazed at how much there is to know. Most importantly, I don't feel uncomfortable asking questions and letting my ignorance show and the great thing is that the staff always makes me feel good, saying, "there is no right or wrong --- it's just personal taste." This is the kind of service I wish more places offered.

I've been in the wine industry for over 20 yrs now. It's refreshing to go into a Wine Shop and see a variety of obviously hand picked non mainstream wines for the consumer. The staff and owner are very genuine while assisting customers in a friendly manner.

Great place with good selection, helpful staff, and they have preserved the old Chaska train station. I come here for quality wines and to get advice and tips on new wines and beers (great craft and specialty beer section). You can walk in with any question and friendly staff always give great selections in any price range. Great shop.

I ordered from Dolce Vita Wine Shop via Vivino Wine App and it was phenomenal service! I ordered on a Thursday evening and it was delivered Friday afternoon. I live in downtown Minneapolis and Dan personally delivered my wine to my door vs shipping through UPS/FedEx. One of the wines I ordered ran out, so he provided a more expensive bottle for the same lower price. Great customer service! I will have to make my way to the physical store after this wonderful encounter.

I love this place. Every time I go there, it's a great experience. They always have what I'm looking for as well as many new beer selections. Dan the owner and his staff are always knowledgeable and helpful.
