Ding Dong Cafe

Loved this quaint, little greasy spoon breakfast stop. Had the classic breakfast and a pancake and it just hit the spot. Service was attentive and quick, even in a busy Sunday morning.

Only reason for 4 stars is the hash browns and bacon were cold when they came to our table. Cash or Check Only! Food was FAST! Omelet was AMAZING! Service was excellent! Everyone that came in was talking about how wonderful the place was. Overall - Cute little place! Much bigger inside then you would think from the outside. There were lots of cars when we pulled up and we thought for sure the place would be packed inside but it wasn't bad and there was no wait at all! Staff was quick at clearing tables and taking orders, everyone helped out everyone! Nice job Ding Dong Cafe!

I suspect this place has good food, it was packed to the limit. But poorly staffed. After 10 minutes sitting at our table with no service we left. Not just because of that but 90% of the restaurant of at least 120 people had no food. Plus they had one server and probably 1 cook for everyone.I get staffing can be tough but that's your job you own a restaurant. Or maybe it was intentional to save money - either way this is the result.Could have also been due to Sunday church crowd. Went Sunday at 1030am

This place was great -- great food and friendly people! The omelettes were full of just the right balance of vegetables and cheese. The hash browns were delish!
