They absolutely have the best bacon. It is extremely lean. When we go up north to Danbury we buy their bacon and brats at the Oakland store from Tim and Shawna

I have been eating meats from Daefflers my whole life. The pulled pork and dried beef are unparalleled and always consistent. They offer many services and gift boxes. I live in minneapolis and have traveled many places but nothing surpasses Daefflers meats.

Their fabulous brats are worth going out of your way for. We've been taking them back to Miami for years.

We have been coming here for decades. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again. My husband went to get bacon today and NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE had a mask on. This, after Covid 19 is raging through Wisconsin - especially in rural areas with many hospitals at or near capacity. All week medical personnel, doctors, nurses, EMTs, have been BEGGING people to PLEASE wear a mask to protect the community, to protect hospital workers....but apparently, this business can't be bothered to step up and be part of the community, as we all do what we can to stop the spread of this disease, take pressure off of hospitals and support one another to get through this. This is NOT being a good neighbor.We will NEVER shop here again. Lots of other places to go in the area. Van Meter Meats in Luck, Louie's Meats in Cumberland, Block and Cleaver in Siren, etc.

Amazing service! We have been going in to Daeffler's for over 40 years! The family run business provides a service second to none! The variety they have available is sure to please whatever you are hungry for! Oh, that fresh beef and pork, and their specialty brats and ground pork sausage with bacon are incredible! I highly recommend them, as well as their large selection of fresh lunch meat, ground turkey, salmon steaks, and smoked ham!If you want good quality cuts, to shop in a tidy and VERY clean store, and get small town friendly service, you won't want to miss stopping in here!

I get my meat from this company at least once a month if not more often, it's about the freshest you're ever going to get, being it has a slaughter house in the back so when they say the meats fresh they mean FRESH, very high quality meat, I would recommend this place to EVERYBODY, their bacon is to die for lol
