I must have hit up this spot at the right time! Men was my fish and wings fried to perfection.The food was not greasy and I must have gotten there right before the oil for the deep fryers were changed.There was no old flavor... like some fried foods get when the oil is older. It was a Saturday morning and I was hungry for some fried food.I saw the Groupon, and took the opportunity to get $10 off of the deal.The food could have used a little more seasoning...but again the freshness of it all was awesome!The ambiance could use some work.Not much room to dine in and the restaurant could have been a little cleaner.I would try some of there other items and would definitely hit them up early to make sure things were fresh.

I absolutely love the food here! Family owned, the energy is always warm and friendly. Unfortunately, every visit (well over 20) the restaurant is filthy. The tables are dirty, and disarrayed. The trash is usually open, the rugs are folded, and there are so many bugs inside. I've sat in a few times, and I always have to clean my table (or they clean it) and swat away pestering flies. The food is phenomenal. You would never think it was coming from a place that doesn't keep the lobby clean, which is the only reason I continue to come back. You can't deny the deliciousness. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a good fish fry, though everything is good. If they could keep the restaurant clean, it would be a 5 Star from me!

I have always received good food from this place, but the last two times! Well, not so much! The fries were cold as Hell and old, but I did not complain! This was my spot! Thee last time is today, I say last time because I will not be going back! I ordered the jumbo shrimp dinner, the crust was harder than crispy chicken gizzards. They actually crumbled in my hand........crumbled in my hand! WTF! My mouth was cut all up in the inside! So, I took the crust off and the actual shrimp was just as hard and over cooked as the crust! I 'm DONE!
