Crumbl - St. Cloud

This location recently opened and it's a MUST! We ordered on the self service tablet and our order was ready within 30 seconds! We went with heath and classic chocolate chip! These cookies are large and perfect for sharing!I noticed they also do catering for 50+ cookies orders. They even offer mini cookies that are the perfect size for about $1.21 a piece. Bonsoir tout le monde !So, let me start out by saying I love sweets and pastries with all my heart! However, this place killed my pastry loving vibes. :( we ended up buying a 4pk of cookies (my wife wanted ice cream, but they were sold out), we got a chocolate chip, sugar cookie with pink frosting, a s'more one, and a double chocolate chip one. And boy was is disappointed, I took a bite out of what I thought was strawberry delight, waiting to throw me into a mesmerizing cookie oasis. And all I got was a cookie that made me die for thirst, and never want sweets again. All of their cookies besides the regular chocolate chip, were so rich it tasted like they put in all the sugar the world had, in just 3 cookies! I'll just keep giving my money to insomnia cookies. Also, the staff are no help, you just order off tablets and watch the workers mix dough, and some nuke your cookies in a microwave! All in all it was a very clean and well kept place, however they should have put some of that energy into their cookies. You fell short on this one Crumbl Cookies!À la prochaine !

Wow. Crumbl cookies definitely has it figured out. I tend to physically visit the store and from entry it smells like fresh cookies. Now granted they change flavors each week which has its ups and downs. They carry the chocolate chip cookie with the menu each week, I haven't tried that one yet but generally I'll find something new to try each week. One cookie is plenty for one person but I opt to get a four pack so I can share with my kids or coworkers. Definitely would recommend to ANYONE, i myself didn't used to be a fan of cookies, until this place came along.

I'm officially addicted to their meat stick "ends and pieces". We've purchased several meat/cheese trays, and misc odds and ends. Always superior product with knowledgeable and courteous staff. Tough to drive by the place without making a stop.

Fast...friendly...delicious! Every time I have visited has been a great experience! The cookies have been great and the people are always nice!

These cookies are amazing I'm just sad that they change them every week there are certain cookies that I wish I can have every day but I love the mystery I love the customer service and the cookies of course!!

Cookie order great, but all employees in masks and gloves, and one employee touched her gloved hand on her face and mask and then touched cookie dough for baking. Told girl to change her gloves as it was so disgusting. Will not return to this location. Far better shops than this one. The owners at this shop must enjoy theater with the mask wearing. Only location in Minnesota doing this! Also did not let more than 3 groups in the shop at a time, which they violated their own policy without enforcing it!!!!

I think Crumbl cookies is good but not this location. The employees are not up to code. Stomachs and cracks hanging out of clothing. Very unsanitary over all. No gloves. Someone needs to get in there and get some better employees who arebt compromising peoples health. For such expensive cookies, there needs to be higher standards. I'd rather drive an hour to the cities than go here. Crumbl, PLEASE crack down on this location to save the reputation of your company.

First off, I used to REALLY like crumbl cookies, until after what I saw today at the St Cloud location. The ladies were handling money and not washing their hands after and I thought, well, they put gloves back on over their hands, it should be ok. THEN, I saw the GROSSEST thing... The girl making the batter in the front of the store had a huge vat of cookie dough in front of her. She was sweating and the inside of her gloves were full of sweat... She took her gloves off OVER the vat of cookie dough and all of the gross sweat inside the gloves poured all over the cookie batter. It was DISGUSTING. I called the manager and told her about it, telling her that I had bought a $23 - 6 pack and now couldn't stomach to eat them. Her response was "I can give you a free cookie, that's the best I can do." I asked if she could do a refund as I won't be back and she said no, she could only give us a free cookie. Seriously. Stay away from this location.
