Crabtree's Country Store

This is one of our favorite destination shops with so much to see especially in the summer with the whole back yard filled with outdoor decor. Inside and across the front porch they have plenty of gift items including seasonal decor, some clothing, bird feeding and pet supplies, kitchen items, food, candy and much more. In the bird feeding collection they have many types of feeders, supplies and seeds. We have never had such spoiled birds especially with the Wayne's seed mix - they get into that like nothing else we have ever tried! Stop in and meet the friendly staff, I think it might become a regular drive and stop for you too.

I used the Scandia-Marine Lions Club's Super Saver book to get 5 pounds of birdseed and another 5 pounds at half off plus bought 1 pound of dog treats and got 1 pound free. Put the birdseed out right away and the birds LOVE it! Bought two different types of mixes - both are high quality with seeds that the birds want to eat. The dogs also are enjoying their dog bones. The minute I take the bag out and open it up, all four dogs are sitting around me waiting for their treat! We will be back again for more bird seed and dog bones!

This place is tiny from the outside, but go in and you will find any fun, random gift possible. There are gifts from any corner of your imagination. While there may be a thing or two that is alittle too country or momish the rest is quite fun. If you are not going to buy at least stop in a shop a little on your lovely river drive.

A fun place to stop during a Sunday drive. Lots of eclectic items for the yard and a great selection of bird feeders. I picked up a new squirrel proof feeder that actual works. They even set out box wine to sip on as you stroll through the displays. If you are a gardener, don't miss Funkie Gardens next door.

It is so fun to go the wonderful store. They are so knowledgeable on birds and bird food. The decor store is a dream. Beautiful ideas for decorating and the accessories are top shelf. Love the place.
