This is what it is. The outdoor space is really nice and large.. the only downside of it is that when people are outside smoking it definitely does blow around.. which kind of stinks because not everyone wants to be around smoke but also.. you're outside so not a lot you can do about that. Wait staff is fine, nothing special, nothing terrible. The drinks are fine, the food is super sub par besides the steak bites haha. Not my favorite place to go, but it definitely serves its purpose!

It was busy but the server was attentive. We ordered a chicken sandwich and burger. Took a bit to come out. I didn't get the burger I ordered, the waitress tried to tell me it was but offered to change it up, I declined because we didn't have time. The tots and fries were hot. The buns on both were so stale, the tops were actually cracking apart, bacon was over cooked, as was the chicken. The actual burger patty was fine. We didn't send back but we should have. The bizarre twist was the burger I ordered came out with the check, no fries. The waitress apologized for the error. ?? At any rate, I'd stick to happy hour and skip dinner.

They had the only thing I really drink High Noon so that was a plus. They had karaoke the night we went(Thursday). We did not have any food but did play some pull tabs. The pull tab lady was a bit rude to my companion.

After sitting unnoticed for quite some time, we finally had a waitress come over to us. We ordered drinks and got the bucket of wings that were on special. The flavor we chose was Honey Garlic. These were fantastic. If there is one thing that this place actually does well, it is their wings. We didn't know that the menu seems to be location based, as the one we saw at MOA is different from this location. We didn't see the dinners and other items we've had there. We all decided to get the same thing: The Prairie Fire Burger. We all requested "pink", as the choices are "pink" and "no pink".Well, our burgers were not pink at all and there was no flavor other than the buffalo sauce. There are a lot of toppings on this burger, yet there is no flavor to this thing. Couldn't even taste anything from the meat. This meal was not worth the price, outside of the wings.No reason to come back. We may go back to the one at MOA, though I really hate MOA.

We landed late and didn't have many options because most places close by 9PM. Ended up here and it was pretty cool, you just grab a seat wherever. The food was actually really good, which was a nice surprise. I love cornbread, so I had to try it, but it was more like cake than cornbread and fell apart when you cut it. Still tasted great, though. The strawberry salad I had was delicious, and the dressing made it even better. My husband really liked his chicken sandwich too. Our waitress was super nice and always smiling, making us feel welcome. Plus, the place had a fun vibe, with some people even playing card games. Overall, a good spot we stumbled upon.

I'm from out of town and come to the Twin Cities a couple times a year. I've been wanting to visit Cowboy Jacks for a while now. Glad we finally made it. Food was exactly what we wanted and expected. Wife had the Sloppy Cowboy Jack which she said was really good and she would get again and I got the Nashville Hot Chicken ( or something like that). It was really good and pretty hot. Stayed for about another hour after eating, played darts and pinball. They have an Iron Maiden pinball machine which I have never seen before. Will visit again when we get back.
