We have dined here before and the food was good. Today we got the hot beef which was almost frig cold. Beef was a funny color and dry. Potatoes were instant and flavorless and they gravy was from a mix or can. Server was very polite and after checking with the kitchen said they would redo which meant bringing the same plates out after a minute I'm the microwave. Server was apologetic and it seamed like he was not allowed to make it right. Clean and nice river view.

What a nice surprise! We had a really nice midafternoon meal overlooking the Chippewa River. My broasted chicken wings were fresh and very tasty. My husband's steak and baked potato were top notch. Our server was super nice and happy and helpful. The experience was very "Wisconsin supper club". We intend to return sometime to try the ribs!

Came for the fish fry and it didn't disappoint! Delicious broasted cod, crispy seasoned fries, and a large serving of coleslaw plus $3 Spotted Cow. Great prices too. I gave it 4 stars based on our server not knowing much about the menu and the slow service when it wasn't busy.

Interesting place! There are sites at this establishment that I have never seen before. Not one person in a mask including cooks bartenders and waitresses--but they were all super friendly. Bar type fried food that was what I expected. Atmosphere was perfect--outside in the river. Extra perk was the circus poster in the room to the side. It is an amazing find!!

Enjoyed a walleye sandwich here in August while passing through. Service was good. Recommend the patio in back with its view of the Chippewa River. Would definitely come again for the walleye sandwich and view.
