Corner Coffee

Great location, good coffee and pastries. I think the coffee is better than their competitor across the street. It's a nice, calm space to bring your work. I love the services held on Sundays, they make an effort to be part of the community.

Best coffee! Best service! Best breakfast sandwitch! Wish they had breakfast cocktails I bet they would also be the best.

I just stopped into the Northeast Corner coffee this morning. It was decorated for the holidays and was so pretty! However, the service was not great. I walked in and was the only person and the barista said nothing to me. They finished what they were doing and then came to the register and I ordered my drink. Again, they said nothing. Then, a DoorDash driver came in and he was at the wrong address by mistake and was kind of asking the barista if this was the address and the barista literally just stared at him, and said nothing to his questions. It was really uncomfortable and awkward and I felt bad for the driver. The barista made a drink and set it on the counter, saying nothing, and I went to take it assuming it was mine, and they finally said "that's not yours." I think those were the only words they said to me the whole time. They made my drink next and motioned towards me to take it. Another customer came in as I was leaving and the barista continued to be silent and just look at the customer instead of greeting or asking if they'd like to order. This is such a bummer because it is a great location and atmosphere, would be really good to work at I think! Maybe the barista was having a bad day, but it was a really uncomfortable experience all around and makes me not want to go back. The drink was good, but pricey.
