Called to schedule the move and the guy went through everything I listed that needed to be moved. He ran the quote and said it would take 2 men and under 1 hour. great. I booked them. Then another lady calls me back a week and a half later telling me that they actually need 3 men for the truck and my price now is $200 more than what I was quoted when I booked the truck. She said the call center doesn't always know how to quote it - well that's not my problem now is it? I shouldn't have to scramble to find a different moving company because your team can't stick to the order they typed up for my move. I cancelled my move and have gone with another company. very misleading customer service. 'oh lets get them booked and then when it's almost too late tell them that it's actually going to cost more than we told them'

We recently had College HUNKS help us move. Let me start out by saying that the crew that moved our stuffwas ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! They went above and beyond making sure we werewell taken care of. My only gripe is that our estimate was way off! Our final bill ended up being $1,000 higher than our estimate. Final bill was almost doubled what the estimate said. The estimate said itshould have taken a max of 4.75 hours and ended up being 9 hours! Plus mywife and I even helped out to speed up the process. This move is a temporarymove for us. We plan(ned) onusing you guys for the final move this coming spring, but unless the estimateprocess improves significantly, we might be forced to use another service.

I had an incredibly heavy, awkward rocking recliner I needed gone. My team showed up on time, wearing masks, and brought the chair down the stairs and out to their truck for donation in 15 minutes! I'm impressed. They were professionals and truly grateful for the tip. I highly recommend this business.

This was my first time using a moving company since I physically couldn't move myself due to an injury. Reaching out for a quote was super easy, booking was super easy and the communication from them was great! Alex and Griffin did my move and they were a pleasure. I personally enjoyed that while they were working I could have conversation with them and got to know them and honestly had some great laughs, it felt super personable. They wrapped and padded and everything!!!! Even the door frames were padded! It took a little longer then planned due to my bed being a little complicated but well worth it for me because everything was protected, they were careful and nothing was damaged. I know if I had done this with friends I for sure would have had some furniture oopsies. Truly appreciate the great job they did!

Ridiculous. I called for an estimate to remove 1 fridge and the person otp asked me unrelated, silly questions, "do you need more than one truck to remove the items?" "Is disassembly needed?" No??

The set-up and scheduling process was super easy. I set-up an inquiry and within a couple of hours I was on the phone with someone. They walked me through the estimate, and weren't too pushy when I let them know I wasn't quite ready to schedule a visit. I appreciate how friendly the customer service team was. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I was able to schedule the pickup within 4 days, completely over text. Kelli was super helpful and responsive. They had recorded my information in the initial call, so I didn't have to re-enter anything (very nice!). The day of pickup, Noah and Shadrach were very communicative and proactive about giving me an ETA for when they would get to my apartment. I appreciated that a lot! Once they were here, the estimate was super quick. They carried out all of my things in just a couple of trips! The entire time they were very friendly and respectful. From arrival to leaving, they were here for about 20 minutes. Overall, I would use this service again! I imagine that it can get pricy compared to other options, but the response time, friendliness, and ease of use make it worth it.

Very disappointed with service and pricing. Did not meet expectations and was charged for use of a truck $300 for an in home move.

Every phase of the job was done professionally. Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and helpful! The location was difficult and the objects were large and heavy but they did a great job.

They didn't send a big enough truck and didn't do anything to fix it. They sent a dude to my house beforehand to look at all my stuff and tell me how big of a truck I needed. Then on the day of the move they ran out of space in the trucks and didn't have any extra trucks to send. So they just had to leave a bunch of my stuff at my old house. When I called to complain they never called me back. A week later I called again and got a manager who was like "well you signed off that the move was complete so too bad so sad."The movers themselves were great and courteous and the process up until the small truck fiasco was painless.

fantastic, like magic. A few clicks on the internet, they were here, boom, hauled away my stuff. Not the cheapest but got the job done and were great guys!
