Alright, I have to update my review given the massive updates and effort put in by the company and staff to right this ship, and right the ship they have. The makeover reveals a thoughtful and complete overhaul of every area with new seating (additional seating added as well), revamped gaming area, and upgraded dining options. We brought our kids here to escape a cold, chilly Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a fun 2 hours of gaming and skill for about $30. The play as much as you want time limit is a great buy for the whole family to share. Machines are all electronic now so no more ticket jams, lost tickets, etc. There is a good assortment of games to entertain all ages. Staff were quick to fix any issues and were very friendly. We didn't eat while playing but I honestly have to say the pizza and wings looked pretty good. We might have to try their menu the next time we come in. Lots of birthday parties since it was a Saturday but the location's size was able to provide plenty of space for everyone. This location has to be the largest location in the metro area. Definitely a huge turnaround since our last visit, a good use of a lazy weekend.

Pretty clean facility with a fair number of patrons the evening after Christmas Day. They no longer have tickets spitting out of the machines. They accrue on your playing card instead. Still love their sketch machines where I have my image sketched out with my grandkids. With a coupon we get a hour's play credit for around $25. Fair deal.

We had a fine time here today with our toddler. I was disappointed that the animatronic Chucky didn't make an appearance. Everything is on the TV now. However the character came out to hug the kids and throw some tickets once. Our pizza took way too long to come out. Over 35 minutes. This is a struggle because we had explained multiple times to our son that he could play AFTER lunch. Well we didn't want to go back on our parenting tactic but it's hard to keep a toddler entertained for over a half hour. The games are overpriced for how few tickets they spit out. The average game will give you between 2-4 tickets. Every game ends up costing roughly $1 to play, and each ticket is only worth 1 penny. So at the end of the day we spend $20 on a tiny plastic ball. Typical arcade swindle. We will probably come back but not sure I would ever do a big party here. Seems chaotic and like a long wait for average pizza.

Food was hot and tasted ok. Expensive though. Many toddler and little kid rides broken, my 4yo wasn't happy at all about that. Some machines weren't dispensing tickets, and staff didn't really seem to care when they were notified of it.Men's room is a mess. Moldy, dirty, garbage on the floors, even the diaper changing station needed cleaning before we could use it (which I ended up cleaning). Not at all impressed with that.Almost $45 on food, and $25 on games and rides later, I feel like I wasted $50 on the whole visit.Staff member in the mouse costume for birthdays kinda just stood there, clapped her hands a couple times during the "show".Unlikely we'll ever visit this location again.

As far as organized chaos goes, nobody seems to do organized chaos better than this Chuck E. Cheese's location. This location is surprisingly clean (considering the sticky munchkins outnumber the staff 50 to 1!)The games at this location always seem to work regardless of how many various foreign objects the kids try to put into the coin slot and regardless of how they get pounded on (again by the sticky munchkins). The salad bar at this location is a stand-out. It has a wide variety of fresh veggies and always seems well stocked. It is also quite clean (again remarkable due to the sticky munchkin apocalypse that IS Chuck E. Cheese's).If you have kids, a full prescription of Valium and some money and time to burn, this is the best place in the Burnsville, MN area to take YOUR sticky munchkins!

Took over 4 minutes to even get on the phone with this place. They send you through a 4 minute promo ad on the phone! Wow, talk about annoying.

My kids were so excited to go to Chuck E Cheese today. We spent hundreds of dollars at this location to make the day extra special. We were unable to input a table number into the app to order food for dine-in so we ordered for carry out. After our order was quite a bit late, our kids were very excited to eat pizza and renew their cards and play for your rest of the afternoon as the restaurant and arcade were not very busy. As we sat down to eat, we were told that we were not allowed to eat the food that we had ordered in the building. It's an hour drive for us to your establishment (which we frequently visit). My kids who had to eat their food in parking lot, away from their friends, were very upset and didn't understand why they couldn't join their friends. I'm beyond upset at the service at your store. We will not be visiting another Chuck E Cheese.

Used to work here and I want to tell people about how it was Had a old guy manager, first time I met him he came up from behind me while I was working and massaged me without my permission. He also would scream at all of the employees there (including me) for a variety of things. I once got yelled at for standing there and not doing anything when I cleaned everything he asked me to. He would treat us awful then the next second would be nice and give us free pizza. He has done this several times even in front of customers. One time a customer was getting mad at me so when I asked help from that old guy manager he scolded me for not knowing what to do (even tho there was no way to do the action that was provided by the customer). He then told the customer in a rude voice while staring me down that "I didn't know what I (pointing to me) was doing and that he's sorry that I couldn't help." Multiple times I would have to sit down because of my knees, I have told both that old guy and the regular manager that my knees were not good and that they would hurt/ give up from time to time. One day I was squatting in the floor when no one except another fellow staff member and the old guy manager were there. Old guy manager yelled at me and said that I wasn't doing anything and that I need to stop laying down. I told him that I am sorry and that I did get all of my duty's done. Made me redo everything again because it wasn't up to his standards. He also never ever helped us with any tasks and would sit there and watch us and if we asked for help would scold us. He also took 30 min smoke breaks every hour and a half so he would real of cigs. I felt uncomfortable by him because of the unprofessional attitude he had to not only me but other staff members and customers. He did this in front of one of the head managers that would come around to every Chuck E. Cheese and inspect us. He even scolded me for not knowing how to make pizza right when this was my first time actually making pizza. There was always one sweet lady who worked in the kitchen and when I would help to cut the pizzas when there was already 3-4 staff members up at cash I would get scolded.Every task or anything that wasn't up to his standard I would get yelled at in my face while I was crying I Don't know what his name because it has been over 3 years since I quit but he was an old guy that was transferred to my store . He Made the job awful the second half I was there and I was uncomfortableOverall everyone else I worked with though including other managers were very good. I used to like working there before he came along and I do not know if he still works there

What's the point of reviews? You only see the bad ones because most people who enjoyed an experience are too lazy to review
