Amazing . Best Chicago style thin pizza and deep dish I've ever had. Worth every penny .

There was a delay with our order and some poor communication from one server *BUT* 4 stars because the owners did an amazing job making it right and, in the end, the pizza was amazing. Like other reviewers, I'm a Chicago-born pizza snob, but can highly recommend thin crust and stuffed pies were fantastic. Even if they're busy, I promise it's worth the wait!

The BEST PIZZA. Seriously- if you are within a drive of this place do yourself a favor and call in to order a few pizzas for dine in or carry-out.I am a lifelong Chicagoan and take pizza pretty seriously and can honestly say that Ralph's pizza is one of my all time favorites. The thin crust is crispy and loaded with toppings & the deep dish is the best Chicago style deep dish outside the Windy City (I think it could easily compete with Chicago's most famous deep dish pizzas.)I recommend calling in the afternoon to make sure they're making pizzas - I believe they are open every day except Tuesday, but I always call ahead as we all know that running a small restaurant up north can be tough.

This restaurant has a lot to offer - but the Chicago style stuffed pizza is the best in the business! Affordable prices & delightful atmosphere! Stop by for the pizza or burgers & stay for the cheesecake!

First experienced Chippewa yesterday. Had heard good things from my dad, who has a summer home in the area. Being from Chicago, I know good deep dish pizza and theirs was really good. Beats most of the versions you get in Chicago. Super hearty and flavorful sauce, tons of toppings, and a crazy amount of cheese. Couldn't recommend this more, but be sure to call ahead to make sure they're making pizza that day. The owner makes his own sauce and uses only fresh ingrediants, so they don't make pizza everyday, to my knowledge.

Really REALLY excellent deep dish pizza! The owners are always onsite and Ralph makes some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. Super flavorful sauce! Be sure to give a call ahead to ensure they are making pizzas!

Great pizza. Friendly and quick service. If you are in the mood for good comfort food, this place fits the bill.

I love pizza and this is the best pizza I've had! The owner makes the sauce fresh everyday along with the homemade Italian sausage, crust, and fresh vegetables makes the chippewa a must for pizza lovers. We've tried the deep fried green beans for an appetizer and loved them too. The hamburgers were just ok, there is a lot on the menu that sounds good and haven't tried yet, but I can't see not getting the pizza.

Excellent food, great hosts, friendly relaxed atmosphere! We had their homemade pizza which was the some of the best pizza I'd ever had. Burgers were phenomenal, especially the brat/burger. Is right off the snowmobile trails, so perfect for a lunch or dinner break.

Friendly owners. And delicious thin crust pizza!! Everything is homemade (crust, sauce and Italian sausage).
