Too sugary and zero caffeine. Coldbrew is see through light caramel color. If you value coffee and bowel movements, avoid at all costs.

This location is quaint, quiet enough to do work, clean, and the staff are kind. The location is a tad difficult to reach if you don't know Minnesota, but I would recommend this place. The drinks are well made and if any mistake is made when mixing them, the barista always remakes it for me. I appreciate how talkative the staff are when I have to awkwardly wait for a big drink order off to the side, and I love the orderly set up. The inside is well decorated to look nice and not over-fill the floor's capacity for tables. There is also outdoor seating perfect for springtime or autumn.Overall a great spot to drop by!

I go to this caribou everyday... in fact, I go there so much that apparently, the baristas seem to have an issue. I don't order over complicated items. My order is always the same- large Caramel High rise with extra caramel and whip and still it's done incorrectly. However this particular day, I go in and I hear "Caramel High rise for...(my name)!" And another barista yells "AGAIN?!" To which I respond, "yes, is there a problem with that?" And she hands me my drink. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. So much so that I won't be going back to this location. I thought it was nice to frequent the same shop and have familiarity with the baristas there, but the children employed there are not at all versed in customer service. It doesn't matter what you think, but it does matter what you say.

The staff at this caribou are pleasant and quick to get the job done right. The best customer service in the area, compared to other caribou's in and around Edina. Always attentive and eager to help!

The only Caribous Coffee spot where the staff was borderline rude. Coffee was good and the location is excellent. Just drop the attitude.

As a barista at another Caribou location, I'm pretty gracious toward other Caribous because I know the struggles of the job. But this Caribou has terrible service. I walked in, one employee was sweeping in front of the counter where you order, so I stood back and waited for her to be done. She didn't greet or acknowledge me and continued sweeping as if I wasn't there. Another worker asked me, "Are you here to order something?" I'm sorry, but what kind of question is that? Of course I'm here to order something! I said yes, but he didn't move to a register, just stared at me. While I stood there waiting for someone to take my order, the girl sweeping finally put her broom down and stood at the register down the counter from the one I was standing at, but didn't say a word. This was about 10 minutes total. According to Caribous policy, guests are supposed to be greeted/helped within 3 minutes of entering the store. I finally just left because the Caribou on Lincoln has much better service! That's my usual spot, but I stopped at this one because it was next to Target. Won't be making that mistake again.

As usual, this place is still a great place to come if you need to work/meet/study. It does get busier in the mornings but as expected Caribou increases the number of cashiers on staff ready to serve in order to make sure operations are going speedily. It always seems like the workers here are busy. Whether there is a high influx or low influx of customers, they're always doing something. They're either preparing drinks, refilling things, roasting beans, cleaning the floors, cleaning the tables, tidying up plates, tidying up newspapers, always busy! Which is always a good sign to me.This morning they ran out of egg white turkey bacon breakfast sandwiches, so instead she gave me a egg white turkey bacon mini and gave me the other spinach one for free. The level of service and cordiality, the friendliness they approached this topic with was astounding and it makes me a loyal customer. Even though I've previously been a loyal Starbucks drinker, and with a new Starbucks popping up a couple blocks south on France soon, I may just continue being a loyal patron here @ Caribou Coffee. Homey, friendly, consistent. All you can ask for!

The best thing about this Caribou is its location. The not so great thing about this Caribou is its location. Confused? Yes, I am. Let me try to explain. It is a very convenient place to grab a coffee if you are on the go. This Caribou is located near many neighborhoods, office buildings, Centennial Lakes, Byerly's, Target, National Camera Exchange, and attached to a Brueggers Bagels. Get a delicious yet inexpensive bagel from Brueggers and sit with your coffee- Sounds ideal. There's only one catch for me...The lack of calming atmosphere and available space for seating. (My reasoning for 3 out of 5 stars) Many tables are crammed together, and more often than not customers are adults in fancy suits working on their laptops. I believe that many other customers find that its location is ideal to grab their coffee while meet for work with other co-workers. (That is the not-so great part of its local) If that is your intention for coming into this Caribou - This is the place for you! Call me a hater but I just enjoy a coffee shop with a little more space and less of an office feel? So, that is why I often venture a few steps away to Brueggers to snuggle my way into a comfy booth and the smell of freshly made bagels doesn't hurt either.

I'm giving a star because the coffee was as good. However, I've decided I won't be a regular here any longer. I really like this location, which I come here once or twice a week to study. They have an area in the back towards the restrooms where it's quiet with extra tables. The last couple times I was there made me feel uncomfortable. I was first asked by a homeless person for some money, which I did not expect from at this location. I know Caribou has no fault in what this person did which is why I continued to go back; the next time I went, a strange man whom I walked by (while looking for a table) decided to come out to the back area where I was studying and sat a table across from me. Once I felt his awkward looks towards me, I gathered my books to sit elsewhere. As I walked away from my table he tried to start a conversation with me. I replied "I don't know," and walked away; this third time, it was the cashier. She didn't say hi nor tell me she was going to be one moment-if I hadn't seen how kind and courteous she was with the customer in front of me, I would've thought she was mute-she didn't ask me if I needed room for cream, when I gave her my card to pay after she told me the cost she walked away to get the coffee...I can list more. I ended my experience by thanking her and walking away. It was the most awkward experience I've ever had. Overall, I've decided there is too much bad energy at this location. I gave it a couple of chances, but when someone treats me unkindly in such a way as the cashier did, it is undeserving of my business.
