Caribou Coffee

I'm there for the coffee, so I tried what my friend likes: Iced Crafted Caramel Press (Medium for $5.39) which is a little spendy for a mostly ice iced drink. The Cinnamon Coffee Cake was good.

Come on baristas does the milk come out of your pay? Fill it up! Employees are always friendly here but it's really frustrating when you take the lid off and find it so low.

Great barista working the drive thru today!!The drive-thru is always speedy and gets me on my way quickly.

It's a Caribou and they have a drive thru, what else do you need!! Honestly, this location is run as efficiently as others in the area and the quality is also equal. The drive thru lines here can get a little long but the layout is alright for that, you are rarely blocking other traffic. Caribou is my preferred coffee spot so I am a little biased. =)

My students and I had been there for couple of months for weekly classes but we decided not to go back there anymore due to bad service from a stuff member. We toss our empty coffee cups to the trash bin which had the lid on and she yelled at us " there is no liner in it. " so my student suggested her to replace it if you took it out and she got enraged and said to her " you guys should have checked! " but how could we know if the lid is already on...Two weeks later after this incident, my friend went back and same staff member was there and she said to her " I will not serve you!! " and she even accused us that we intentionally threw the empty cups on the floor...I have never seen such a disgusting manner from anyone before. I really like other staff members and they all are very friendly and professional so that's really unfortunate that only one person's behavior gave us a reason not to go back there...

They could for the very least give me what I ordered. I was very specific when I said I wanted a hot drink and they proceeded to grant me with an iced one.

I'm sad to say that I've gone here TWICE this past week, in the evening, and got the worst latte TWICE now. First off it was weak and then it tasted like some chemical? Perfume? I don't know what it is, but not normal! What ever it is, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth...no pun intended! I've been to a Caribou in another location and it didn't taste like the awful ones served here.

We love this location. Caribou is always great, and the staff here are top notch. Always a pleasure to stop and stay for a while. Thanks for keeping up a fantastic atmosphere and always being very welcoming, energetic, and entertaining!

Caribou has great service and amazing coffee,bakery and breakfast! Easily better than Starbucks.
