Caribou Coffee

I love ordering through the app. The availability pre order or feel I have a full understanding of the menu when I go to order at the counter is great. I would describe the seating area as a warm cabin. If you are lucky you can snag one of their leather chairs. Typically I find their coffee pretty sweet and I like sweet so I usually ask for half flavor shots or just let the barista know and they make sure it's taken care of. The service here was kind and helpful. But they definitely have the best hot cocoa recipes of any coffee shop. I like their breakfast sandwiches but I wish the chain itself had healthier options that are even less greasy and not microwaved but they are a coffee shop with kitchen limitations. Maybe someday.

$31 dollar order of a few coffees bagel and cake. Returned home only to find a foot long hair that I slowly pulled from inside of bagel. Yummy . I drove back to the store they offered me money back and a typical o sorry, no offer to remake just gave me money back. Thought I may have received a free cup of coffee or gift card. O well

I love caribou coffee. But this store is not my favorite. On my last visit, yesterday, I was planning to take my coffee to the patio and spend a relaxing time with my coffee. When I checked out the patio I noticed General disarray. Chairs and tables pushed to strange places and chairs all over the patio. But the biggest thing I was disturbed by were the two overflowing garbage cans. It was a warm day and the overflow of garbage was attracting flus and bees. Not the peaceful picture I was looking for when I decided to sit on the patio. When I mentioned it to the barista, he asked the manager and both told me that they weren't in charge of garbage and in fact we're told not to touch the garbage for fear of hurting themselves and liability and stuff. Hmmmm. Overall a disappointing visit.

This little gem tucked in the corner of Chaska is near Papa Murphys (coffee and pizza). The drive through here is particularly efficient. The coffee is good as it is at any Caribou ( I like my drinks moosed...extra shot)! The new mushroom and cheese soufle is so food and low in calories and carbs. There is lots of seating and a comfortable store with really nice employees.

I love a good cup of joe!Large dark roast was about $3 and worth every penny!Also ordered a tall blended Carmel frap ($6). Also very good.Parking is easy and service was great.The parking situation can be goofy so pay attention while pulling in the lot.This store has to be one of the best coffee shops I've seen. They even offer item for Christmas gifts.

Clean and well presented but typically the slowest of the caribou coffees I frequent. If possible, I build in and extra 5-10 min when busy as for whatever reason they don't handle the a rush or even a few folks in line very well. It's been this way for awhile so while I have been hopeful for a change not likely soon.

i love you caribou. this place was close and we stopped in. staff friendly enough. i couldn't hear them call out the drink orders when they were ready so we were a little confused which were ours. location clean. plenty of parking. convenient location.

as a costumer (not an employee) the community here is lovely. the regulars are on a first name basis and have their drinks started before they even order if it isn't busy. Bridgett is a worker there and has the best hot chocolate recipe ever. the store is cute and the bathrooms have never been dirty :)

Caribou Coffee, a Minnesota-based coffee franchise, is a beloved coffee shop for midwesterners. They serve classic roasted coffee drinks, fancy frappes, rich mochas, and flavorful teas along with pastries and breakfast sandwiches. At one Caribou location on Pioneer Trail in Chaska, the vibes are that of a cozy log cabin on a cold winter's day because of the wooden tables, plush chairs, and homey energy. I was there on a random Monday afternoon, but the service was nonetheless immaculate: polite, speedy, and accurate. One unique thing about Caribou Coffee is that they have a daily trivia question and if you get it right, then they give you ten cents off of your order! Although ten cents is not much these days, answering the trivia question correctly put a genuine smile on my face. I ordered an Earl Grey Tea Latte and my friend ordered a Breve, which is just espresso combined with steamed milk and not nearly as fancy as one is led to believe. I would not describe myself as a snob when it comes to tea, but I have knocked back quite a few cups of tea in my lifetime; with that in mind, I absolutely loved it. The classic flavors of citrus and bergamot blended beautifully with the steamed milk. Caribou's prices are exactly as one would expect from a franchise coffee shop; not completely outrageous, but my eyebrow is raised nonetheless. To be completely honest, I will always recommend stopping by Caribou Coffee when you are out and about and happen to find yourself near one of its nearly 500 locations nationwide. Ultimately, Caribou Coffee is a terrific example of a corporation that cares for its customers, provides good service, and makes fantastic coffee.

Not only were the staff unfriendly and sour looking (no smiles or welcome gestures), but I just want coffee & food (not to see what causes this manager and employees support). Plus, all of the flags showing their causes have "do not take" written on them, which is actually hilarious to me because it's like Dwight from the office petty, which is why I upped this from a 1 star review to a 2 star review. Left before I ordered because they did not seem to be welcome, happy people.
