I just moved to Long Lake and didn't have a very good experience at this restaurant. I sat at the bar for quite a while before someone asked if I would like something to drink. I also ordered a 7" thin crust pizza with pepperoni and green olives. The pizza came out with black olives, I was very disappointed. I thought the bartender would chat with me since I was by myself. I didn't have my kids that night and was feeling lonely so I went out to be among others. She was talking with the others at the bar, but she wouldn't talk to me. It's hard going to places by yourself, it's nice when the staff takes an interest with all of their customers to make them feel welcome, especially the ones sitting alone.

Check out the photos. I mean, if that cheese doesn't get ya hungry, I'm not sure what will. Yum!My buddies and I ordered delivery from this spot. We got the Garlic Cheese Bread, The Spartan Special, and the Margherita.Props to this place for picking a pizza name that honors the local high school. The sausage, onions, and pepperoni stuck out from the Spartan Special. Margherita almost always gets my vote. The balsamic was more sweet than acidic, but I liked the even layering. Olive oil and Tomatoes took the taste up a notch. And the cheese bread... that stuff will knock your taste buds into next weekOverall, this is a solid pizza place that isn't fine dining but doesn't dare bow to Domino's.

We ordered three pizzas for takeout. We actually weren't confident that the order we received was ours because, upon unboxing them, we couldn't tell one pizza from the next. A sausage and pepperoni looked the same as a meat lovers which looked the same as as a supreme. They tasted good but all very much seemed to be a sparse version of a pepperoni and sausage. Can you tell them apart? We'll try a different Carbone's next time.

I love Carbone's Pizzeria and can't shut up about it. I had a great experience at Carbone's Pizzeria. Every single thing was fresh, healthy, and really yummy. The crew was extremely friendly and service is amazing. Will definitely be back really soon.

My office is near the restaurant, and it's great having it so close. It's great food for the standard Carbone's fare, but the real advantage is that the staff is super friendly and it's a terrific environment for families. Our kids love the place, and with pizza and wings, they are very easy to please. It's also a great place for the community as they seem to host all the season-end parties for our kids' sports teams. Whether you're popping over to watch a sports event at the bar, meeting a buddy at a high top, or having dinner with your family in a booth, this little joint works great.

Be careful - At the Long Lake location, it appears for pick up orders they charge for everything even the au jus for a Philly Cheese Steak! This feels like a scam because au jus is usually an integral part of said Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. We were also upcharged for some type of sour cream for FF and guacamole we never ordered.
