Cake box did a good job listening to what I wanted for my daughters first birthday cake and smash cake! It turned out awesome and delicious! I came in person to submit my order and paid, the staff was friendly and helpful. The cakes are very affordable! Highly recommend!

I have had baked items from there before. Birthday cake and baby shower cupcakes. I would certainly recommend trying them. They aren't close to me, so not necessarily my first go to. Nothing bad. The cap and cupcakes were TO DIE for in my opinion! I can't speak of anything else because I didn't have a personal experience with them.

I gave an inspiration photo from Pinterest and they exceeded my expectations! Tasted delicious as well! The cake shifter in the box causing the icing along the bottom to be a little uneven but that's not the bakery's fault. They also took my order 1-2 weeks in advance and the other places in the area needed much earlier notice. Highly recommend!

I love this place. We got our wedding cake from here and it was beautiful. Also the price was outstanding compared to competitors. Since our wedding in 2021, I've ordered 5 other cakes from here and they have all been wonderful. Tasty and very well decorated. They also make ordering a breeze. Staff is super helpful in assisting customers with suggestions on size and style of cake. I completely recommend this place for any occasion.

The cake wasn't the exact color I wanted but everything else turned out nice. If I ordered in person and not on the phone, it probably would've turned out perfect.

Everywhere I looked to order a picture cake required a 3 day notice. Not at Cake Box. I called on a Friday morning and they said they can have it ready by Saturday noon. I described what I wanted and I didn't have to send them a picture and they knew who BTS was. Sadly I squished the cake. But they had it ready by 11am. I think the cost was reasonable.$37 for a 9 inch that fed 9 people with a slice left over. I also bought iced cookies and they were pretty as well but really pricey for $10.

Called them today to place orders for my two sons birthday party. One it's turning 9 and the other is turning 1. Firstly she seemed bothered because I asked her to explain pricing to me since heir website isnt mobile formatted. I went over pricing with her for some cakesAnd when I asked her to make my 1 year old a smash cake in the shape of a boob to celebrate a year accomplished of breastfeeding she told me "we don't support nudity or make crude cakes"Breastfeeding? I didn't ask for a playboy cakeI asked for a tiny boob smash cake to celebrate what is a natural thing and scientifically proven important for babies. It disgusts me that she would claim it "crude" and sexualize breastfeeding to where she wouldn't make the cake.Yes she can refuse whatever she wants but she clearly needs to get with the times and realize breastfeeding is different than "a penis cake"I'll be taking my service elsewhere. 0 stars.Please grow up. Thank you.

We needed a cake last minute and sooo did not want some boring store bought cake. I googled bakeries near me and the rest was MAGIC. #1) Top-notch customer service! The lady at the counter was super nice and very detail oriented. She didn't shame us for wanting to order a cake same day. I know most bakeries require ordering at least 24 hours in advance. We had an initial idea of what we wanted but she took that and built on it. And it turned out exactly how we wanted it simple and beautiful.#2) FLAVOR: we ordered a chocolate cake with the cream cheese type filling and frosting. It was moist and flavorful. It reminded me of the bakery in my hometown. #3) Everyone at the party loved the cake, including the guest of honor-a sweet 7 year old who's eyes lit up when she saw her name on that cake.Thanks Cake Box!!
