Saw the had their food truck around or building andThought I'd give it a try.Service was fast and friendly.I ordered the Chicken Shawarma. It's a full pocket pita stuffed with garlic spread and chicken shawarma prepared fresh and mixed with many blended spices, lettuce, onions, pickled cucumbers, and tahini sauce served with fries. All flavors blended were deliciousThe fries were also crispy and delicious. The flavor reminded me of the Arby's curly fries which are also yummy!

Had to try this place out since I was craving a gyro. Not bad for a food truck. The fries are amazing--well seasoned and cooked! Also, a generous portion for the price paid. I would recommend it if you're craving Mediterranean foods.

Karim made planning a wedding from Florida easy and hassle-free. Hewas super helpful and accommodating every step of the way, and thefood was incredible. I can't recommend Cafe Cairo enough.

Tried them at a concert in Plymouth 6/16. As someone who enjoys Mediterranean food, I was looking forward to trying them. I had the chicken shwarma and fries and knew immediately that I wouldn't be able to go past the second bite. The lettuce had a terrible taste, like it had come from a bag that had been sitting too long, the chicken was very dry and the fries were barely warm. It almost seemed like everything was cooked that morning and just kept under a heating lamp. Not even a hint of being fresh. Money lost and lesson learned.

The food was overcooked and bland. I'm not picky and love most foods but this was a waste of money and one of the rare times I didn't finish my food. Cheese curds were burnt on the outside but cheese wasn't melted on inside. Fries almost had gas flavor to them. Chicken shwarma was bland and disappointing. Baklava was good though!
