"I am so thankful my husband insisted on a slight change in plans to include a stop here! They have a huge menu selection (especially for a food truck) with great, unique options. I get excited for California burritos and carne asada fries- few places here have them and they bring me back to living in SoCal. They have so many variations on California burritos (all have French fries as a Cali burrito must). Their original would arguably be not 100% authentic as it has "cowboy pico" not regular pico, but is authentic otherwise. My husband had the San Jose and it ROCKED! And it comes with cheese sauce??! I had the puffy tacos- also rocked and would get them again in a heartbeat. Love the fried tortilla and the toppings. Their chorizo and their pastor both were great. My only complaints, obviously not enough to detract from a great rating, but there is room for improvement:- The puffy tacos only had one small piece of pickled onion, I wish there was a bit more as it was a great topping and I could barely taste it. - The biggest thing is that I wish they had a calendar on their website so I could plan to get their food. Instead, they only post where they will be the day of on Facebook. If they posted a calendar online, I would absolutely plan around it and therefore be more likely to get their food and with friends/family."
"They have so many options on the menu- something for everyone! We got the sunnies and pickles for appetizers and they were both really flavorful. Ordered the R Social burger and others I was with got the lobster grilled cheese, tuna salad and all looked so good. The service was great- food came out quick and the drinks were refilled consistently. The seating is comfortable and it wasn't too noisy even though it was pretty busy."

"We were on our way through on 494 and stopped based on reviews. Food was huge, delicious, authentic!"
"Went to Puralima for lunch on a Wednesday and it was poppin'! But after trying it out, now I know why. Parking was a bit tricky because it's north loop and it was during lunch time, but only had to walk a block over. The inside of gorgeous! So colorful, light, and fun. They have a ton of options to choose from: tacos, burritos, salads, bowls, or nachos. I did a build your own chicken bowl with cauliflower and a mix of different toppings. The food was fresh and quite tasty! I will say it's a bit more on the pricey side compared to Chipotle or Qdoba, but I'd pay for the quick service and fresh ingredients. I'll definitely go back to try out a few other things. Also, try their homemade limeades!"
"Breakfast burritos for the win! Get both salsas. It's totally worth the trek to Back Channel Brewing for breakfast."
"this food truck is in the parking lot of coopers in downtown chaska and my bf and i have been wanting to try it for a while and finally did. I'm guessing the women we interacted with was Janie (we were so cold we forgot to ask) but she was delightful and so kind. she even gave us the quesadilla she was making for one of the staff so we didn't have to wait long and made sure we stayed warm. the quesadilla slapped. i'm not really a quesadilla girl but this one was yummy. the tortilla was thin and perfectly crispy and the meat was tender and flavorful. would recommend. we also got both the tacos to try and not gonna lie they weren't the most flavorful still tender tho. whatever the lighter salsa was was spicy which i wasn't expecting since most spicy things in mn ain't spicy to me. they also came with sautéed onions and a little potato... LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING ABOUT THIS POTATO... she was small but MIGHTY. i honestly was sad there was only one the size of a cherry it was SO good!! we also tried the corn in cup and that was alright too i should've put some tajin on it when i got home. i'm pretty picky with an acquired food palate and a sensitive stomach so it's been difficult to find places near chaska that i can really enjoy but at least i know if im ever craving a quesadilla for some reason this the spot to go!"
"The food is great, always flavoful and perfectly prepared. The prices are very fair, and the variety is very good. Tacos are great, but what I really love are the Tortas. Also I cannot resist the Elote (Mexican corn on the cob) every time I go there. On the SE corner of 70th & Cahill Ave, Inver Grove Hts. They are usually open until 8 PM. They are typically closed on bad weather days, and sometimes gone to events on weekends. It is a family run operation, and the family is super nice. Also they give you a pager to let you know when the food is ready. Give them a try!!"
"Very excited for Rubio's who is doing Mexican food right! Al pastor had great flavor and all fresh ingredients. Same space but looks like they're doing some renovations. Will be back to try the burgers!"
"The build your own omelette was huge and it was only $6.99. The staff was very friendly and service was great. Getting some street tacos to go as well. They're in an office building, downstairs on level C. I'll definitely be back to try other menu items."
"I can guarantee that every single person has their own favorite taco place. I can also guarantee that debating where to get the best tacos in the Twin Cities is as heated as the 2020 debates. While I can't say that Tacos Tacuba has the best tacos in the Twin Cities, I can say that they do have some pretty damn tasty tacos.Since it is a food truck, the menu is pared down compared to a brick and mortar location, but that doesn't mean that Tacos Tacuba skimps on the pure variety of their dishes. From tacos, to tortas, to gringas, to gorditas with prensado de chicharron, Tacos Tacuba really does feel like authentic Mexican food from the streets of Mexico City transplanted to Burnsville. I tried their gorditas de prensado de chicharron, which was pretty tasty but not really my style. I do love tacos though, and their tacos were amazing! I tried the chorizo, the asada, the al pastor, and the cochinta pibil. They were all flavorful and huge, and generous for the price! The chorizo in particular had a really nice sweet smokiness that I hadn't found in other chorizos. There also aren't too many places that have cochinta pibil, which is a slow roasted shredded pork seasoned with a variety of spices. Tacos Tacuba did it so well, I'm tempted to go back just for the cochinta pibil. They also provide green or red hot sauce, and the hot is HOT. I'm talking sweat down your brow hot. The tacos do come with some raw sliced beets, which I guess if you like beets, it's great? I could do without. The staff are super friendly, and they work to get your order out as soon as possible. You do have to wait, sometimes up to 30 minutes if there's a few orders in front of you, but you can definitely wait in your car if the weather isn't that good. There are a few stools to sit and eat if you prefer too. Tacos Tacuba might be my new favorite taco spot, and it's a welcome addition to the south metro."
"Downtown Stillwater has a lot of great spots to check out but LoLo is one of our favorites! It's small and can get quite busy but you can put your name on a waitlist and they will text you when your table is ready. The drinks here are my favorite and the Fried Brussels Sprouts are so good! The tacos were a little spicy for my daughter's taste but I thought why were delicious! Service was fast, especially for a busy night and even though there isn't much to look at , the patio is a nice spot to sit and take in the Stillwater fresh air."
"When I came to Graze before a Twins game one day, I wandered around to check out all the options for grabbing lunch and finally decided on trying Two Mixed Up. While I had really wanted to try the birria tacos (they were sold out), I ended up deciding on the mushroom swiss burger (a double smash burger topped with mushroom, onion, swiss cheese, and house sauce). The burger was sizeable and smothered in cheese... I actually ended up needing to eat the burger by cutting bites with a fork, otherwise it would just have been a bit *too* much of a mess. Personally, I also could have used some more onions on the burger itself... but I had some delicious, crunchy onion rings as a side and that helped appease that craving. Prompt and friendly service here. Obviously, the ambience is encompassed in the larger food hall-concept (which I found to be enjoyable). Burger was a bit greasy and unwieldy, but still tasty."

Got the recommendation from my son's girlfriend to try out the R Social. We had a party of 5. We had four different meals and an appetizer. We had the Big Shrimpin' which came with 5 shrimp in a Asian wrap and Boom Boom sauce. They were delicious. They have a good list of draft beers and drinks at okay prices. I had the lobster grilled cheese with a side of brussel sprouts without the bacon (pescetarian), both very good. Two of the others had Chicken and Waffles, Thai Peanut Wrap and the Tennesse Mac and Cheese. All were very good. Some of the meals were upgraded to fries and they were also very good. Our waitperson was fantastic, super friendly and efficient. The ambiance was very welcoming and cozy. They have an outside area that was closed due to the weather but looks very inviting. We will be back!

Stopped into this place as it was right around the corner from Drac's where I was watching my friend play volleyball. I tried an el pastor taco and a chicken tinga tostada. The tostada was crunchy the whole time and chicken's was spiced just right. I would definitely come here again. Prices are very reasonable. The side of mild salsa was amazing - don't forget that.

I decided to try Puralima this week when they were running a free entree special on their app! It's right near my work, so I thought it would be the perfect little lunch spot.I ordered ahead, so my to-go order was ready right when I got there at 11:30, which was great. However, there were quite a few people waiting on to-go orders. A friend I was with ordered hers for ASAP about 10 minutes before we left our work to walk over, and we waited there for 5-10 minutes for her food to come out (it had given her a 'ready' time at 11:32). I didn't mind too much because they seemed to be a bit short staffed. The location is beautiful and in a great area of North Loop! It's got super trendy and bright decor, fun merch, and a little flower bar where you can create your own bouquet. I definitely want to come back here for a happy hour with margaritas and chips!Based on other reviews I've seen, it looks like they fixed their portion problem. These are a bit smaller than Chipotle, but I don't mind because I never finish Chipotle - I really felt this was the perfect size for me! Plus, they included a free chips & guac for happy hour before the end of the month which was a fun little surprise.I ordered a steak salad with quite a few toppings. Since I had the free entree, I only had to pay for my additional toppings (about $2 worth) - however, I think they need to include more than 3 toppings for their price. If I had paid for this, my little salad would've been about $15 - and at that rate I would go down the street to C&G for a larger salad. Good news is, this salad was absolutely delicious! The steak was so tender and flavorful and the vinaigrettes really brought all the flavors together. I definitely raved about it to some friends!Overall, I wouldn't be super quick to go back here for a lunch/meal because of the price point, but I will be back to try happy hour!

I'm a California transplant and really miss the access to quick, cheap, and tasty breakfast burritos. Localz feels a little more upscale than your typical taco truck but they do a good job!

We tried this tonight and tried a bit of everything. Everything was great! From the tacos to the quesadilla, burrito, beans, corn, and potatoes! It was our first time there, and we will definitely be back. The owners were so nice and told us about all the options.

In a city without much to many places to eat it was exciting to see a taco truck a mile away from our apartment. The man who helped us was very friendly. The menu is small which is nice so it's easy to pick out what you want. It's better in my mind to focus on a few good things than trying to cater to every palate. It's about the same cost as chipotle so it's not breaking the bank but it's not cheap crap either. You should definitely support these guys and keep this good food in our city.

"This truck is so legit that it better never quit! I've driven by this stand for years, no several years and I could kick myself. They recently moved into Heights from Fridley and knowing they are 10 blocks closer to my house is a treat. I've been twice in the last week and there are no pictures because there was only snarfing. The tacos are just a cut above anywhere else for all the reasons to follow. Firstly, the corn tortillas are soft with a bit of chew and not even the slightest bit dry. The meats are packed with flavor and have little crispy edges from searing on the flat top. There's plenty of cilantro, lime, red onion, cucumber, and salsa verde. The cherry in top is a stewed/roasted pepper on each taco that pumps up the heat. Skip the elote as it may have been canned corn topped with mayo. Besides that, I couldn't tell you anywhere else to get a better taco."
"Every gas station should come with an El Sazon Tacos & More. There's a few tables outside in the warm weather, worked out perfect for my friend and I since the few tables inside were taken up. You order at a kiosk, there's only one. It took a little long for the order, about 25 minutes. We had quesabirria's, queso fondue, and a couple Al pastor tacos. The quesabirrias were juicy, meaty, cheesy, flavor bombs. The Al pastor tacos were also tasty, got some pineapple in there, spices, the meat was a little dry though. I'd definitely come back if in the area, maybe order ahead next time."
"Environment was fun! Good mix of music and the mavs we're scrimmaging on the ice next door which was cool to watch. We just got drinks and nachos, and we were honestly surprised how much we enjoyed everything. The drinks were poured good and the nachos were some of the best we've ever had!Our server was quick and attentive. Plus 10% off for military!!"
"Very friendly, easy parking, and great food. The food is really delicious so I always end up ordering 2 things from the menu and it never breaks the bank. Would recommend the tacos with protein or the burrito bowls!"
"Food was great service was great and the crowd is awesome nice ambience music playing in the background Mouth watering short ribs of beef meat on a sandwich with smoked gouda and fried green tomatoes with caramelized onions this is the before and after pictures looks so good.... And taste so good"
"I always enjoy my time at Nico's on Como and this time was no different. Always very fresh ingredients and delicious food. When the weather is nice, you can set outside on the patio. Would recommend trying multiple salsas if you can! I think they give one salsa per taco order, so you can mix and match. Both were amazing!Need to return soon and check out the Christmas pop up while it's still decorated for the holidays!"
"Alyssa & I have made this one of our favorite All-You-Can-Eat Friday Night Fish Fry's in the 5 years we've been coming here. Since it is so far out there for us, we don't get by as often as we would like. In thinking about another get together with fellow Yelper, John O, this place came to mind. It wouldn't be too far for him to travel. Plus, we'd be going to one of our favorites! I asked him about it and John knew of this place because he had been to it several times before. We set a date and made a plan. After a couple of days, I thought about how much fun it was dining with Yelpers Jenny & Sam. I had a feeling that John would think kindly of them, too. I asked him if he wouldn't mind adding a couple more to our table. He thought the more the merrier & even asked them himself. Jenny & Sam were down with it! So, now we had an evening planned with more Yelp friends! We had a couple of errands to run in Hudson before our meet up time of 6. When we got them done, we were hoping to stop by & try out a new Brewpub in Hudson. But we were in that time frame where if we do that we'd be late for supper & if we went straight to The Valley, we'd be there early. We opted to be early. From Hudson, we took Highway 35 South to Highway E. That dumped us out onto Highway 10. Which we traveled for less than a mile West to find The Valley all lit up in the great big darkness of this country. The Valley is in the middle of nowhere, right off of Highway 10. But for being in the middle of nowhere, somehow people find this place. Parking lot was packed with 4x4 trucks. The clientele inside fits those 4x4 trucks. Camouflaged mesh hats. Throw in blaze orange vests & snowmobile boots and that sums up the dress code. Very local. When you enter the place, you're walking into the bar. There is a surprising tap line. Around 12 choices? South Shore Nut Brown Ale was a welcome sight. Things are wide open in here and you'll find your way around easy. Alyssa, Pheona, & I found a table that would fit our group. I searched out for a highchair. I found a stack in a corner by the restrooms. I got Pheona all set up, while Alyssa got us some drinks. There isn't table service here. After Alyssa came back, I went up to pay for our suppers. They have a cash register set up in front of the buffet line. It is a cash only business, however, they have an ATM just across from the register in case you forgot. I was lucky and no one was waiting to pay, so I just walked right up. There are times where we have waited in a line 20 deep. I paid and told the lady we'd be up in a little bit. She said just to tap her & she let us go through. I went back to our table and sipped on my beer while Alyssa decided to go up and grab some cold salads for us and Pheona to share. She came back with a delightful looking plate. Potato Salad, Tuna Salad, Three Bean Salad, Cut Veggies, Pickled Herring, and Coleslaw. We munched on those until John arrived. After getting our hellos in with him & directing him to the ATM, Sam & Jenny show up. Now that we all made it, we took turns up at the Buffet line. With all the cold salads they offer up, they have a decent amount of hot items, too. The hot items are served in those big white crock pot warming tubs. Just like at a church function. Baked Beans, Au Gratin Potatoes, Skin On French Fries, Ham, & of course Beer Battered Cod. Everything is homemade and portioned well. I got a plate of everything but Ham. The Fries were crispy, crunchy, and super fresh. I feel like they hand cut these in house. The Au Gratins are very homemade. Perfectly hearty for a cold winters night. The Baked Beans aren't typical. They look like they are, but when you bite down. You're met with a snap. It feels like maybe they weren't soaked enough the night before to soften them up. Flavor was good, but texturally, different. Now for the Star of the Show. The Beer Battered Cod. Holy BeGeezus! It's Perfection. Light, crispy, golden brown nuggets of love. The fillet is moist and flaky. Wonderful white insides. Squeeze lemon on it & I don't think there is any better Cod out there. They offer Tartar at the end of the buffet line, but there is no need to use any. This Fish stands out on it's own. They keep the portion levels for the Cod spot on. That way, every time you go up, the Fish is fresh from the fryer. They also offer water, milk, and coffee in the price of the Buffet. The milk is served in one of the old school stainless steel lift up handle like thingy. The price is $11.25. For the quality & quantity, it's just the right price. There is a sense of community here in the middle of nowhere. We love that. We also love getting together with Yelp friends. Thanks for coming along John, Sam & Jenny!"
"We went here on a Friday night, and we didn't have a super long wait which was awesome. It was our first time dining here for a little date night out. I enjoyed my pineapple raspberry refresher and my hubs had a couple of beers. They had a great list of taps and many mixed drinks to pick from. The complimentary popcorn was a hit too and our waitress was friendly. We both ordered a juicy lucy and they were pretty good. The fries were a little greasy, and I thought the burger itself shrank up a bit. I didn't taste much of the oozey cheese for being a juicy lucy. Overall, a nice bar and grill that's close to home, so we'd come back for some apps and drinks!"
"We were enjoying the country roads, in a vintage MGB today, and found this place. The tacos, burger and salad were great and beer selections were varied. The knowledgeable, friendly staff added to the 5 stars. We will return and encourage you to try it if you are in the area."
"Really enjoyed my time at Flask! I hadn't tried this place before because the menu was kind of small but I see now that I've been missing out! The interior is super cool. Decorated in a bunch of photos and different memorabilia. The drink menu is quite extensive and they do some really cool bourbon flights. I started with a cucumber Collins and I wear this tasted so good and refreshing. I was going to try a different drink but I just had to get a second one. My friend ordered the old fashion. I've never really enjoyed those before but this one was very tasty! Not too harsh. For an appetizer we started with the firecracker shrimp. These were absolutely delicious! And don't let the photo fool you, the portion was amazing. Could definitely be shared between 4 people and everyone would still get around 4-5 shrimp. For dinner I had the Buffalo chicken wrap. I really enjoyed this because it was pressed almost like a panini. It was refreshing to have a wrap that was warm and toasted. My friend had the shrimp street tacos and really enjoyed them. Over this place was pretty great! I'm definitely going to be coming back here soon."
"Picked this place as we were going through town and when we pulled up I thought it could be questionable. But we were wrong - good food, clean, and the 1 server/bartender was rocking the place as it kept getting progressively busier. Give it a shot! Enjoy"
"So delicious!!! We tried Cajun Crave last week for an office lunch and I loved it so much I went back this week. So far I've done the special twice but with different sauces. First time I tried all the sauces mixed together and the second time I did garlic butter only. There are fresh pieces of garlic in the dish. The food tastes fresh and is made to order. The September special is a pound of easy peel shrimp, potato, corn and an egg with 4 different sauces to try. It was my first time having a seafood boil and it won't be my last. I can see myself being a regular here. The only con is the hours. During the week I take a late lunch because they are open 1-9. But it's so worth the wait. They have ample indoor seating as well as a patio area to enjoy your meal."
"Great fast food! The green hot chilito is a classic from at least the 1980s. A thin soft tortilla is super fresh and stretchy along with the ample melty cheese and slightly hot green sauced chili. Yummy hand food when driving or walking. Always ready fast, so hit the drive through when in a hurry."
"Fantastic tacos, the El Pastor was phenomenal, especially when enjoyed after a long bike ride while admiring a red hot sunset on a rare warm evening in March! 10/10 - I must return to try all the tacos! Love the friendly staff, best moment of 2024 yet"
"Delicious authentic Mexican food! My coworkers and I visit here often for lunch and have all enjoyed the tacos (various kinds)! The service was friendly. The restaurant isn't anything fancy - lots of seating for large parties. The salsa was pretty yummy!"
"I came into Brito's tacos when the restaurant I had intended to go was closed. I was greeted right away when I entered. I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken. There are 8 menu items to choose from. The burrito bowl was very good. However, chips would have made it much better! I don't think chips are on the menu yet.I look forward to returning and trying the other menu options!"
"Excited to be back in the area, we brought some friends to try Pancho's. We were all super pleased with the restaurant - good service and food. The staff is welcoming, promptly treat you, and are fun to talk to. I tried some tacos and a tamal today. Very good! With tamales I am usually worried about them being under filled - but this had plenty of filling! Very delicious."
"Best quality meat I've had in a long time, tacos were delicious and flavorful. Will be back 110%"
"Great service. Really chill place The staff is extremely nice and very accommodating Great prices on drinks during half hour A absolutely fantastic patio It's just That the food is just not good at all."
"A friend and I went to Barroco Latin Cuisine for lunch on Saturday afternoon. We had fantastic service there from our server along with amazing food! I was super excited to come here as I hadn't found a Latin restaurant that had more Peruvian cuisine. We started off with the Yuquitas and complimentary chips and salsa. The salsas had really great flavor that I hadn't experienced at any other restaurant. The Yuquitas were accompanied by a creamy Huancaina sauce, which was phenomenal. For my entree I got the Carnitas platter, and it was fantastic. I love salsa criolla, and I was so happy when I saw it was served with this dish! Not pictured were the Margaritas we got and the Tres Leches Cake that I took home. The margaritas were pretty standard, but the Tres Leches Cake was fantastic! I could have eaten a whole sheet cake of it. If Latin cuisine is one of your favorites, I'd definitely say go check them out. It was good environment with great food!"
"What a hidden gem! Best Mexican food I've had in a long time in a fun, friendly atmosphere."
"This place is an absolute find. Tucked back in a strip mall in a Brooklyn Park I wasn't sure what to expect after chasing Mexican all over the Twin Cities.Great staff and helpful for people who may be newer to the best cuisine. I always judge a place by asada street tacos, a bean and cheese burrito (evaluating beans and tortillas) and add chips salsa and guacamole to finish the test. Here I added sopes a thick corn tortilla boat with meat and beans topped with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cojita cheese and the topped with your preference salsa.I added an sad taco and carnitas tacos and the meal was fantastic. My friend added the adds plate with a pair of Mexican cokes. It is a flashback from my many trips south and getting homemade tacos in Ensenada. They are doing Mexican right and it doesn't involve queso :)"
"There was ample seating upstairs and downstairs. There was a wedding going on so it was hard to not take a furtive glance at all the amusement while sipping on wine and having a burger with fries."
