"Great street tacos, I got the Carnitas! Good happy hour deals. Good place to watch sporting events, plenty of TVs to cover every game. Servers continuously serve the chips and salsa (very yummy btw). Would recommend for a quick Mexican restaurant!"
"Simplee the best...I'm Pho realWife: "you should take me on a date night."Me: "where do you wanna go?"Wife: "let's get some pho"So I proceed to browse Yelp, see a couple spots that have a couple of reviews, but I want the real deal cus I've never had Pho before. Found Simplee Pho. Now I didn't know what to expect, I never had Pho before, I told my wife "wasn't it just soup and ramen?" Nope. It's so much more than that.We entered the restaurant with one hour left before closed. They happily greeted us, sat us right away and brought us water immediately. Looking at the menu, I didn't even know it was a Vietnamese restaurant, so I got excited. I glanced at the menu but I didn't want anything I've tried before so I went for the Pho. The spicy bowl. My wife asked for chicken instead of beef and at first the waitress wasn't sure if the cook would do it, but she clapped her hands and said I will ask for you. Came back in seconds and said Yes! He'll do it for you! (She got the same spicy bowl as I did). And I ordered the egg rolls. The egg rolls are loaded, mega egg rolls, loaded with the good stuff, loaded with flavor and after just one bite, all I could do was nod my head and say wow....Not gonna lie, hands down, thee best egg rolls I've ever eaten in my life. When the spicy bowl arrived, I grabbed the chop sticks, grab some beef and noodles and took a bite. first thing out my wife: "WHY HAVENT I TRIED THIS BEFORE?!? WHY HAVENT YOU TOLD ME PHO OS THIS GOOD!?!So I added the Ben sprouts and whatever else they put o the extra plate and added it to my bowl. I ate, I grubbed, I was in food paradise, and I ate some more. When it was all said and done, my wife and I were full, I'm talking full Pho real!!' And we still had a full bowl of spicy Pho left, and my wife even gave me some of her chicken and noodles cus she mainly wanted the broth. So we're beyond satisfied with the service Beyond satisfied with the foodBeyond satisfied with the flavorBeyond satisfied with the amount of foodBeyond satisfied with the amount to take homeAnd we will be backWe do recommendLike Billy Bob from Varsity Blues: I give it a 10!!! I give it a 10!!!My wife says I'm pronouncing Pho wrong (PHOH) and she says (Pha)Fee FiPho Phum, this restaurant is Pho Real, Fee Fi Pho PhumThis place is yum!!I was so full, but when I got home later that evening l, I finished off the whole container I took home, cus it was just that good. There was like this magnetic pull to the flavor screaming eat this pho, man oh man!!! I'm going back!!!"

"We were a group of 3 girls, and arrived around 8:30am on a Saturday and it was pretty calm. There were a few taken tables, but we didn't need to claim a seat before ordering, so we walked up to the counter and placed our order. The service was good enough and it didn't take long for the food to come out. Everything tasted just fine. The portions are pretty big and you could probably share a plate between 2 people. We got the quiche, the farmers breakfast, and French toast. I don't know if I'd go again, but perhaps to try lunch? By the time we were done, people started packing in and had we waited longer to come in, we may not have had a place to site, but it worked out. Based on a sign at the cashier, we bussed our own tables, and it was a good visit."
"Very nice restaurant, right behind Target, almost passed it. Was greeted by the staff and sat in the booths. Nice and comfortable seating with privacy, also there are tables for larger families to dine in.I was greeted with chips and salsa along with a nice queso sauce that had a nice spicy hint. I ordered the carnitas platter, which came with rice and beans and salad with guacamole. It was so tasty, came with 4 tortillas to make your own tacos. Very flavorful and crispy carnitas. I noticed there were some optional sauces on the side but wish the dish came with a traditional house made salsa verde instead. To drink I had a Jarrito Tamarind flavor, very classic and paired so well. I was very full by the end and that was a total of 20$ for both. Service was great, the bathroom was very clean, the team was alert at all times. Will definitely come back again to try their mole enchiladas."
"Chicken egg fu young and ma po tofu are superlative. Sauces on both dishes are loaded with extra ingredients. No wonder there was a steady stream of to go customers. Next visit we will try chow fun and lo mein. If they are as good I'll move this place to the top of the Asian food list."
"We did take out online which was very easy to navigate. First time eating here and wish I tried it sooner since I pass by on 85th all the time. The price and portions are great. You get so much food! My iced coffee was delicious and very strong. The Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio was so fresh, pork & shrimp cooked perfect, and the dipping sauce ties it all in together. The egg roll was soooo good. Outside had such a nice crunch and lots of filling. My husband enjoyed his fried rice and they made it spicy like he had requested. Definitely will be coming back and hopefully can dine in next time!"
"Looking to kill some time in Anoka while my best was working, I found myself hungry and in need of some tried and true Tex-Mex to satisfy the grumbles within. So I made my way to Casa Rio to do just that!SPACE: The space is large and def offers up all the Mexican vibes. From brightly colored booths, to brightly painted hand carved chairs, and a variety of banners, they have it all. There is a patio out back, bar seating, and booths and tables to accommodate all types and sizes of groups. There's even a few tvs throughout the space to ensure you don't miss your favorite sporting event. BITES: For the main event, I opted for the Southwest Chicken Burrito. The flavor was alright, nothing to write home about. I was expecting shredded chicken, so when the chicken in my burrito was cubed, I was a little thrown off. You do get complimentary chips and salsa, which I gladly munched on. SIPS: While I chose a soda for my beverage on this occasion, they do offer a full bar for those craving something a little stronger. SERVICE: Since I was there around lunchtime, it's safe to say the place was hopping. So I definitely expected a bit of a wait. It did feel like they were more prompt with serving/helping larger groups. Casa Rio was def an "A-OK" spot for my lunchtime needs."
"The food is great! I mostly do takeout, but everyone is friendly and helpful. It has a very warm and comfortable looking dining room."
"Terrific malts, burgers and onion rings. Portions are Huge. Highly recommend for the whole family. Service is very nice and attentive."
"Amazing! Great little place to eat. Food came so fast and very nice people work here. We got the egg rolls which came with a sauce, not sure what it was but it was delicious. The pad Thai was great! I did the spicy level 2. Next time I will up it a level or two as I love spice. Excellent price. I will be back again!"

I recently had a great experience at Rojo with a group of 9! I'm not sure if I've ever been to this location before, but I had been to the old Southdale one many times before, and never been super impressed before this visit! One thing Rojo really gets right is large parties. I was so impressed how many larger groups they were handling at one time, and how seamless their space is set up for it. We celebrated a friend's birthday and it was a great atmosphere to talk and enjoy some drinks and food. I ordered the skinny marg as well as the corn chowder and small chopped salad. All were actually fantastic. I went in with low expectations and actually REALLY liked everything I got -- even though it was pretty simple, the flavors were fantastic. Temperature of food was perfect too.We all paid separately at that process was quite seamless as well. Thank you Rojo for a great experience -- I'll be back!

This has become our go-to pho place since living in MN. Food is always great as is the service. They're also now our go-to for Chinese food. I ordered the dinner special, "pork with mixed vegetables" and was ecstatic to see that the pork is Char Siu (Chinese 5-spiced barbecue pork)!! SO. GOOD. We don't eat Chinese food often, but I crave this dish often, it is fantastic! The dinner special is such a good deal with entree, lots of rice, and a HUGE egg roll, and a cream cheese wonton. The egg rolls are FANTASTIC as well (so are the cream cheese wontons)!Love Simplee Pho!

One of the best quiche I have ever had! This place is right by the river with a great ambience. There could be a wait during weekends, but we got lucky in getting seated right away. The service was fast and the food had good flavor. The beignets were a bit too dry for my liking, but overall a good brunch place in Stillwater.

I met fellow GTAer, Sarah, through Yelp. We then met at the Yelpies a few years ago. She came over to meet me and congratulated me, which was so sweet. As time went on, we both realized that we had lived in Minnesota, in different cities. How cool is that? The odds should be slim, right?I tend to stay in Eagan when I'm in the Twin Cities. It's a six-minute drive to the airport. It's fifteen minutes away to see Minnesota Wild games. I love the shopping and eateries in the area.On this trip, we both realized that I was in her old 'hood. She recommended heading to El Parian Mexican Restaurant. Her favourite dish is the shrimp chimichanga. I immediately bookmarked it.A few days later, after watching a matinee at Emagine Eagan, I decided to get dinner from El Parian. Still at the movie theatre, I placed my takeout order through the GrubHub feature on the Yelp app.Since there was a threat of heavy snow and wind the following day, I ordered more food in case I couldn't go out.I got the following items:- Shrimp chimichanga with a side of rice- Beef burrito, beef enchilada, and tamale combo dinnerI got both without sour cream. I paid through the app and it was so easy.I took my time driving over to El Parian. It's in a plaza next to a Chinese restaurant. My order was ready by the time I parked. There was plenty of parking available. I believe that my order took twenty minutes from the time that my order was completed.I walked into the restaurant and a woman warmly welcomed me. I indicated that I had a GrubHub order. She knew exactly where my order was. She handed me my bag of food. It looked huge! I thanked her and headed to my car. I then drove back to the hotel to eat in my room. The portions are gigantic! Each entree came in a huge circular aluminum container. I had the shrimp chimichanga first. The top part of my chimichanga got stuck to the lid. It was gigantic with a generous amount of rice on the side. The shrimp were whole, large, and grilled. This place did not skimp on anything. There were green peppers, onions, and a lot more packed into this chimichanga. It was yummy and comforting on a cold night. I ate the entire thing, but couldn't polish off all the rice. The rice was flavourful. I saved the rest of it to heat up for lunch the following day.I had the tamale the following day with the rice. I love a good tamale. It was equally as yummy. I added the tomato sauce to it and the rice. It was so good. That sauce needs to be bottled up!The meals came with chips, salsa, and a spicy dipping sauce. I had half of the chips when I brought my food home. The chips were still warm. The salsa was delicious and bright. The spicy dipping sauce was yummy and wasn't overly spicy heatwise. The next day, they still tasted yummy. I didn't have warm chips, but they were still crunchy.I also got a salad. It was oddly super spicy. I loved the creamy avocado in it, with fresh diced tomatoes. After a while, it was way too spicy that I had to stop eating it and put out the fire happening in my mouth. It took a third meal to polish off the beef burrito and beef enchilada. OMG! They were seasoned well and so scrumptious even as leftovers. They were stuffed with ground beef and were enjoyable with that red sauce. I had it for lunch two days later when it was frigid outside and I felt like hibernating a bit longer.I did order way too much food. No regrets! I got churros, too. They weren't terribly sweet, which I appreciated. I managed to eat a couple the first night. They were good, but needed more cinnamon for my liking. I ate the rest of the following day. Had I had more room in my stomach, I would have devoured them all the first night. I couldn't. I think my stomach is smaller these days than it used to be.My friend's recommendation was excellent. I'm so glad that I got food from El Parian. I'd return to get more when I'm back in town.(27)

I was leaning towards 3 stars, but thought about their service and had to bump it up a notch. Yang's is a Woodbury staple. It's been around forever and has consistently been good. If you're craving Chinese food, and a step up from Panda Express, Yang's is the place to go! My go-to here is the sesame chicken. Typical breaded and fried chicken pieces but it is delicious! This time around, we ordered the cream cheese wontons, definitely will pass on those next time. Their service is great. Our server was so observant and filled our drinks quickly without us needing to even ask. She was attentive the whole time we were there. Their decor needs to be updated but that detail is minor!

I ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan lunch special with cream cheese wontons and fried rice - amazing deal at $8.95- the portion was huge enough to share! My favorite was the fried egg rolls with cellophane noodles - crispy outside and tender inside. The moo goo gai pan sauce was a bit on the mild side, but loaded with chicken and fresh vegetables.Just added a little soy sauce and it was great!Service was friendly and Anna was attentive-Speedy service.

I would only recommend coming here for drinks and the chips and queso since the margaritas were pretty good, and the staff were so friendly, but the food itself was meh at best and came out almost 45 minutes after we ordered. The saving grace is that we had endless chips and salsa refills to keep us distracted.I got the shrimp fundido, and it was pretty salty (i would recommend more cheese/veggies, less chorizo or even a side of tortillas to balance it out.) My friends got mahi tacos, and they came disassembled with what looked like fish sticks. Apparently they had also ran out of mahi mahi, so my friends had to share. Another person in our group got the burrito and they said it was okay at best.I grew up in the Southwest, so Mexican food, especially Tex Mex, is something I am used to and I typically don't have too high of expectations for Minnesota, especially in the suburbs, but sometimes I can be surprised. Unfortunately, not here though. If you are in the area, looking for a good marg though, this could be your spot. If it wasn't for the chips, salsa, queso, drinks, and our friendly waiter I would have given two stars.

I am here working on our huge storage units whittling them down. Built up a strong craving for special enchiladas from here with mole. Got it to go, exhausted.First TINY container. VERY meek thin skimpy enchiladas less than half the size of a proper enchilada served in Old Town San Diego or Downtown Los Angeles! The traditional California enchilada comes out HOT on a big oval platter with lots of cheese on top, generous perfectly spice mole combo enchiladas sauce by Don Miguel full of robust flavor plenty of meat. Not here. The former owner ( sold the restaurant 4-5 years ago to the wait staff according to the original older bar tender) a woman and her family at Christmas would make from scratch amazing heavenly tamales! All her sauces had great depth of flavor thanks to the many excellent spices she generously used. I love to cook and make my own enchiladas. My mom grew up in LA.And the prices went way up. 3 skinny enchiladas with only sauce $15. Rice and beans $5. Sour cream $2. Extra sauce $4! A la cart, a la carte.Going to explore new places.

"I dropped in for lunch and ordered the sag paneer and garlic naan bread. Both were absolutely delicious. Sag paneer had a heat bite to it, unlike many others I've had. A little hot, 10/10 for me. The garlic naan had the right amount of garlic, and together with the sag paneer, placed it in top tier of this dish I've eaten all over the world. The servers were very attentive and fun, and the music was lively. I highly recommend it."
"We've been here a few times for breakfast now, as it's one of our favorites in the Savage/Shakopee area. There is a lot of seating, the dining area is nice and spacious and the wait usually isn't too bad compared to other, smaller places around. There are a lot of great options on the menu and I've tried to change it up with each visit. My faves are definitely the spinach brie frittata and the shredded beef jalapeno omelette, but they're all awesome and y'all should go here if you're craving an amazing breakfast that'll fill you up! And the hashbrowns are the absolute BEST in the south metro area, hands down! The staff can get a bit overwhelmed at times but always come through in the end"
"Stopped by per a recommendation from my bartender at Bad Habit Brewery. I went with his recommendation of the 'Combo' & he did not lead me astray. I got the half (6") version of the sandwich (w/ the store recommended toppings), which was packed with meats, cheeses, and veggies. So substantial and satisfying! The meat and cheese seems to be quality. And the veggies were perfect deli veggies (super thinly sliced onions... 'nough said). The bread was also super good. I called in a pick-up order and it was ready in less than 15min.Overall, the sandwich reminded me of a good quality sub from Jersey/the east coast. Which is about the best compliment I can give it!"
"I don't really see why people are hating on this place so much... So to clarify a couple of their concerns:You think this is overpriced for an iceberg salad? Then get romaine or arugula! There are other lettuce options available.$9 is too much money? I agree that is seems like a lot at first glance, but considering the solid taste and how much food you get for the price, it's actually not bad at all. Especially since you're in a downtown metropolis (where things are always more expensive). One of the reasons I'm actually giving them 5 stars is because it scores really high when considering the price to taste to quantity ratio (for a metropolitan area). Not enough protein? Well it is a salad... I want to say it was closer to a half cup of chicken, not a quarter cup. And if you consider how often you should have a piece of chicken or some other ingredient alongside your lettuce, it's actually a fairly respectable balance. If you wanted more chicken than lettuce, might I suggest the McDonald's Chicken Sandwich around 1 mile or so in the other direction.Poor ingredient quality? I feel like you might either be stuck up, or haven't experienced truly poor ingredient quality. I mean, they offer complimentary mint water to patrons. This is quite frankly, a delight in hydration form. And if a business takes the time to put mint in their water, I feel like this should show they do care about ingredient quality. Is it hard to find? Ok, you got me on this one. In actuality, I found it BECAUSE I was lost in the skyway, not because I was searching it out. In reality, this place probably only really deserves 4 stars. But because they deserve higher than a 3 star rating, I hope this review will help in boosting them towards the 4 star area where they belong."
"I was here recently, and it is a place I would definitely go back to. Even though it is only open for take-out they are so worth it. From when I placed my order to getting my food took like 12 minutes, but I enjoyed my experience. Not only was the lady really friendly, and carefree, but the food was definitely filling. I was surprised at the amount of food with my sweet and sour chicken entree, especially for the price I paid for it."
"The staff was super friendly and helpful. They explained everything and gave great recommendations. The portion was filling and tasty. The ingredients were very fresh. I had a great experience here and would definitely come back. It was also such a cute place, I loved all the wood fixtures."
"The best subs ever and the price is unbeatable- subway is garbage and if you're stillGoing there pull your head out and get a sub here. Soup is decent as well"
"This place is pretty decent! A lot of the food is very reminiscent of the typical American-Chinese food you find everywhere, but they simply execute it better than most. The Singapore Chow Mei Fun is VERY good, and well worth ordering. I don't think I'd ever tried it before but it's basically thin noodles and curry with a variety of meats (shrimp, chicken and pork maybe) and a little spice. Yum! I also ordered the General Tso's and Kung Pao chickens "Extra Spicy" and it was medium at best... but I ordered Chicken and Garlic Sauce "Medium Heat" and my girlfriend thought it was hot. She's a wimp though, so it was probably also medium. In any case, not very spicy-- kind of a bummer. Also, half of my General Tso's had soggy breading and half of it was crispy. I think this is typical from them, as I remember that being a complaint before too. Sauce is good though, and so are the portions. Egg Rolls are fairly meh. The Singapore Chow Mei Fun is bomb though, so 4 stars it is!Picture time!"
"Food was delicious and generous portions. Staff was incredibly friendly. Went to Sauk Rapids location to catch some live music!"
"Excellent food. Spice level 1 is truly not spicy si I loved it. My husband ordered a 3 but he likes real heat so next time will ask for a 5. Samosas were excellent and well as all the other dishes. Ordered ahead and ready when I walked in. Would 100% recommend"
"This location had its grand opening today and I was one of the first to try it. For being a new location they were fast. Expos were quick to call our needs and even with just 1 cashier the line moved quickly. I ordered the turkey avocado club and it was so delicious I forgot to snap a pic. The chocolate covered strawberry is always a nice touch. I even was offered samples of soup while going through the line."
"Little hole in the wall place, located inside the office complex. If you use maps it will bring you to the front of the building, drive around to the back and you will see the signs for the eatery. They have good soups and sandwiches, the service is great and they usually have a daily special."
"Indoor fireplace, outdoor seating, large table for group, and lots of cozy seating. Owner and staff seem happy to be there and interact. Variety of baked goods to tempt a variety of appetites. Right now showing works by 2 artists."
"The good: they had a section on menu specifically for vegetarians. This is nice because it gives confidence that the beans aren't made with lard. Also the staff was friendly and attentive. The bad: the vegetarian meals were markedly more expensive than comparable meat options, with the only difference being they didn't include the meat ingredient.I ordered a combo that included a bean burrito, quesadilla and chalupa. The burrito was fine but nothing special. The chalupa had lettuce and avocado and beans and was probably the best item if only for the fresh toppings. The quesadilla was uninspiring with no toppings or sauce and the filling only of cheese that wasn't fully melted. My partner got a combo that included a chile relleno, quesadilla, and rice. The rice was plain as was the quesadilla and there was no lettuce, quac or cilantro--nothing green. The chile relleno as also was plain but did have a filling and a sauce. These combos were $14.99.Our third friend had chicken fajitas and he also got a chalupa. He loved it. What is annoying is that the vegetarian options were noticeably MORE expensive despite being the same as meat option except without meat! Most of the near combos were $10.99!!! This makes no sense as the most expensive ingredient is meat!"
"Panera on $15. A very wise store manager took a chance on me and hired me as a a baker. As a result of that I enjoy Being a baker with Panera. We get $15 for a food allowance for every shift. I have tried many different sandwiches and delights along the way. This week's sandwich is the Chicken Frontera added Parmesan cheese but that's it. This sandwich features, in my opinion, the franchise's best bread: the focaccia. Also it featured my favorite sauce: Chipotle. Also the smoked chicken. Ambiance is fast casual and the production is rather quick. However, this is not fast food. Cone on in and try a pick two. I've tried 3 soups and all were very good."
