"My son chose this spot for his birthday dinner. He had been before, but this was my first visit. It's a cute little restaurant in a strip mall. The dining room is kind of small so understandable why they had so many to go orders. They sell some gorgeous candle holders. A bit odd sitting next to a shelf full of inventory.Thankfully the food more than makes up for it! The portions were huge and delicious. We ordered from an online kiosk and then they called our name when it was ready. They seemed pretty quick & efficient. I'd definitely go back, but probably get it to go."
"What a fun, casual, and family run restaurant. We came for lunch early on a Sunday and it was very busy, but we got a table quickly.Service was a little slow, but they didn't rush us out either. I loved the funny signs too.I enjoyed the Taste of Greece I ordered. I will definitely come back."

"Had to try this place out since I was craving a gyro. Not bad for a food truck. The fries are amazing--well seasoned and cooked! Also, a generous portion for the price paid. I would recommend it if you're craving Mediterranean foods."
"I've only had the best experience here. No one has been rude/quite/unsmiling to me the few times I've gone there. I'm a little hesitant to write too glowing of a review as I don't want this place to change! I love the lentil soup that is preceded at each meal. I also love the off brand fanta that was quite good. The food is quite good and I enjoy taking a walk at lunch time and hitting up this place! I hope they never change!"
"Back for lunch again!I tried the chicken kebab this time and it came with rice, a Greek salad, and some pita bread. I found the chicken kebabs to be well flavored, but it was a bit overcooked/dry. I could taste an earthy taste (cumin?) and paprika?. Pretty flavorful! And salted just right. If it was tender and juicy too.... It would be WHOA.!The Greek salad was awesome again. The feta was just phenomenal with the dressing they use too.... I'm almost developing a craving for it. There was also an accompanying white spead/sauce in a plastic ramekin. It was amazing.!!!!!! Sour, savory, TANGy (horse-radish / wasabi-ish). It went well with the pita bread, which was also good. Pretty standard, but well-cooked and fluffy. My only real complaint was that the lettuce itself was not cut through and through. The leaf was still in one piece (connected through the stem) but still easy enough to break apart to take bites.Friendly, nice, and good service again, too!"
"We ordered falafel wraps and fried and the falafel was made fresh and the sandwich was quite good and included lettuce, onions and cucumbers. The price was very reasonable too."
"I tried this spot a couple months ago and I really wanted to like it but just didn't. I only had the gyro, but it wasnt that good and I don't know if I have ever had a bad gyro before. I drove by yesterday and they looked closed."
"I have been here several times and am mostly posting this review based on a cumulative experience--which is to say that, this family run establishment is a staple in the south metro that should absolutely be frequented if you like Mediterranean food...even more so if you are there during the lunch buffet (sample more stuff) or on a night when dancers are there (entertaining). On the most recent visit we had a basic salad with a hummus sampler and some drinks. The ambience is inviting, servers are friendly, prices are reasonable and the entertainment is unique in the Midwest. Can't think of anything I'd change...so 5 stars."
"Greek Cravings is in downtown St. Cloud MN. In the Petters building which is listed on the National Historical Register. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. I'm just guessing here but indoor is preferred during winter. But folks here are pretty tough so maybe not. GC is a gem. Very typical Greek menu with each item perfectly prepared. The classic gyro is a big portion so I skipped the fries but they looked good. Both the fries and falafel were made to order. The tabouli salad was more than my companion could finish. It got a rave review just like each item I tried. The woman taking care of everyone was in constant motion. She took orders once and remembered every selection for several people. Wow. The prices are very reasonable to the point of needing increasing. But not my call. I certainly would not have balked at higher prices especially knowing how great it was. Plenty of parking in the area using the Park Mobile app or kiosk. Well worth a visit. Enjoy!"
"Went here on a whim during a lunch break while in town for a meeting, lucky us! The lunch specials are numerous, and we enjoyed everything we tasted! The Greek salad dressing was perfect, I loved the mousakka and potatoes and the portion size was perfect! The Greek lemon chicken soup was some of the best we have ever had, and the fish baked in phyllo was both gorgeous and tasty. Our server kept our drinks filled and was very helpful. Of note: the many healthy live plants filing the windows, YAY!"
"An underrated gem for sure! Made a reservation over the phone for dinner on a Saturday night. We were seated right away as there were plenty of tables available. Service was generally pretty slow, but our server was incredibly knowledgeable about wines, the dishes, and made great recommendations.Food came out as it was ready which for us was fine since we shared everything. We ordered the octopus, tyro, artichokes, and beets. The tyro is my favorite and I will always order it! Our entree was the small platter with gyro meat, chicken, and the mousakas. I think I'd order everything except the octopus again! I didn't love its texture. The restaurant is beautiful. I especially love all of the rock sculptures!"
"Fun place to stop off. We stopped off 3 times because we did not see any hours posted but they opened at 11 and the line was formed. There were 3 of us today and we ordered a Maui hot dog that had bacon and pineapple and jalapeños, a Chicago style hot dog and and a new item not on the menu board. A elf dog with grilled onions, jalapeño and a sauce. The elk dog was awesome, almost better than the Chicago. Our person who ate the Maui dog felt it could of been hotter, but he lost his taste buds from a surgery ...lol...so his comments don't count. Previous trips included lobster roll (only on Fridays) and gyros. The hand pressed lemonade is good too."

"Hey, want to get Ariana's today?" is a phrase often repeated at work. I work and live in St. Louis Park and I love getting food from this place! My favorite order from here is the Middle Eastern Doner wrap with steak shawarma, spicy green shug, and french fries. In general, you can't go wrong ordering here. They are not participants of the "midwest" wimpy spice-heat levels. If you order spicy, expect spicy! I also love their desserts. Any of their offerings surrounding fries are also never a bad choice. I always expect leftovers unless I am reaaaaally hungry.I suggest ordering either online or over the phone for pickup. The storefront is pretty small with limited seating so I've never actually eaten in-store. The last time I went in to order in person, the system was that you needed to order on the computer and wait until your name was called at the register. Lots of easy, free parking and overall an accessible location. Great spot.

Olympia is one of our favorites! This local spot does Greek food right. Whether you're dining in or grabbing to go, you can't go wrong with Olympia. The spot is located on main street osseo and there is always plenty of parking either out front or around the corner. You should never have to walk more than half a block. The space isn't particularly large but we've never had to wait more than 5-10 min, even with a group of 6. The menu offers a wide range of options of Greek food. They also have all day breakfast with staples like pancakes, eggs and a few Greek inspired omelettes. A few of our go to favorites include my big fat Greek omelette, gyros, Omega salad which has chicken and gyro meat, or choose two entree featuring moussaka and pastitsio. A few of our favorite appetizers options include delicious dolmadas, Gyro fries or hummus trios. The place is reasonably priced and portions are large. We usually end up with a good amount of leftovers to enjoy the next day. Service is very good and super friendly. When the place is near full they can get a little behind, just like any restaurant. Note that you do pay your bill at the register rather than with the waitress. I'm so glad we found Olympia and that it's so close! We recommend it to many and love taking visitors here for delicious Greek food!

Saw the had their food truck around or building andThought I'd give it a try.Service was fast and friendly.I ordered the Chicken Shawarma. It's a full pocket pita stuffed with garlic spread and chicken shawarma prepared fresh and mixed with many blended spices, lettuce, onions, pickled cucumbers, and tahini sauce served with fries. All flavors blended were deliciousThe fries were also crispy and delicious. The flavor reminded me of the Arby's curly fries which are also yummy!

Average at best. Average food. Slow/below average service. Nothing to rave about. We ordered the lunch gyro special and lamb kabob. $25 for this was a bit too expensive in my opinion. Especially since service was minimal. For a "sit down" establishment, this place is pretty bare bones. How people rated it much higher on Yelp is puzzling because it wouldn't get more than 2 stars from me.

This place has the most amazing beef gyros! Fresher than fresh produce, incredible sauce, thinly shaved meat, and enormous size. I am confident everything else in their menu is amazing too but I always get the gyro since I never know how long it will be until I can indulge again. Literal Mom and Pop owners, so nice, and their food is so good. Come try it out, you will not be disappointed!

Med Cruise Cafe has been a long time favorite for my family and friends because they've always been there to help us celebrate special moments. Whether it be the surprise birthday party we hosted for my mom or the bachelorette dinner we enjoyed for my friend at their beautiful restaurant while belly dancers performed, they always deliver wonderful food and service! We've had Med Cruise Cafe cater a number of events from graduation parties to weddings, and they get it right every time. The staff has great catering recommendations, and they'll even deliver and help set up the food. So whether you're going just for lunch or to celebrate a special occasion, you can trust Med Cruise Cafe to provide delicious food and superb service.

"This is my favorite gyro spot in the twin cities. This place may not be fancy but it's a gem and I'm glad to have found them. The lamb gyro meat is actually not dry here, it has tons of flavor and it's juicy. You also get to pick what goes on your gyro, which is one of my favorite parts of this! The portion is BIG, you get a lot for your buck here. This is where my boyfriend first tried a gyro and he became obsessed! This place is also open late, so that's a huge bonus. Parking isn't the easiest as it only counts with three paid parking spots right in front of the location but it's lake street so it's never really easy... but it's worth it ;) I've had their chicken and rice box in the past and it was also full of flavor, huge portion and a-m-a-z-i-n-g! I recommend you give it a try and don't shy away by appearances!"
"I was pretty excited when Spitz opened a Woodury location. I have wanted to visit their Mpls location for a couple of years now. I've been to Spitz a couple of times now. Once with a friend and another time with another friend. The first time we sat on their little patio. I had a Doner wrap which was really good. My friend had their wings which she stated she really enjoyed. The Doner wrap is full of flavors and different textures. Similar to pita bread but a bit thinner. These are really good. I have also tried their falafel and hummus. The falafel was just OK. A little dense however their hummus was excellent! I mean really good! Better than the hummus that I make. I definitely look forward to getting their hummus again as well as some more tasty items on their menu."
"The most underrated halal food in the twin cities that no one knows about. The best halal food I've ever had in the twin cities. North of mpls & worth the drive. This is a hidden spot. A must try, the end!"
"Bar none, best taco pizza in the world! Crust is some of the best in the business. New owners as of early 2016, same great food I've had the last 18 years. In fact, the new owner ran outside to give me my glasses I left on the table. Awesome dude, awesome staff, same great food since 1958. Love it!"
"Like it on the lighter side with the sauce.... Other than that it's soooo goood! Yummy flavors. Great texture and good service."
"I went to Big Byte for a late lunch (around 3pm) and there was no other customers inside. In fact, the cashier was talking to someone on his cell phone. He put her on hold (hold on babe, I have a customer) to ring me up. He was full of charm and flirted with me between talking to his girlfriend and taking my order. He got the order wrong. I just wasn't impressed with the serviceMy gyro was Meh. I really have experienced better elsewhere. I'm not a fan. I'd go here for a really cheap gyro and if I really wanted to make it a meal get some fries with the seasoned salt and a drink. Also, the spicy gyro has buffalo sauce. I love spicy food but buffalo sauce doesn't scream Greek or Mediterranean to me...which is what this little spot is supposed to be."
"We happened to drive by this spot and promptly looked it up on Yelp only to notice it held such a high rating. We love finding local, hole-in-the-wall spots that are tasty and cost effective. Being attached to a gas station's strip mall made this place memorable for sure. We split the #20 Kufta Shish Kabob platter and opted for the rice. The rice itself was packed with flavor, which is always a good sign. It came with a side salad, including a vinaigrette which helped lighten the meal alongside the tzatziki. The Kufta itself was flavorful and well seasoned, ensuring the gaminess of the lamb was not noticeable. The fries were spot on - meaty and crispy, exactly what we were looking for. The falafel was hot and fresh, giving us the classic falafel we were hoping for. Overall, we're glad we stopped. I gave a four rather than a five star rating because space is a bit dated and service was minimal."
"Adam's may not look super flashy from the outside, but as always, it's what's on the inside that counts. And inside this food truck are the best gyro sandwiches this side of the Atlantic. The gyros are massive and stuffed with meat, rather than with filler like at other places. You get the option for traditional gyro meat, chicken, or a half-and-half mixture. I chose the half-and-half for variety, but your experience will be amazing regardless which you choose. And prepare to get a bit messy when eating, since it's hard to bite in without smearing tzatziki on your face - but that's part of the fun!Overall the food was delicious and the value was great, considering how much you get for the price. Definitely a top notch food truck option."
"see love thier gyro salad & weekend buffet when we were looking to move to area we tried here first an loved it. we have a large family an they did amazing taking care of all of us"
"Delicious fresh Greek food at a very reasonable price. Lunch for 2 was $20 and wait was only a few minutes. The pita was packed with fresh veggies and the chicken inside the pita was great. The spinach spanakopita had a lovely strong spinach taste and the pastry was flaky and sooo tasty. Definitely recommend for a fresh fast food option at the mall."
"My fiancé ordered us takeout from here on a night we didn't feel like cooking and we've found a new local go-to for takeout! The food was ready when expected and was packaged nicely. Still warm when we got home. The gyro meat was our favorite, it was tender and flavorful. The feta fries were also delicious. The portion sizes were plenty large, we probably could've split one meal. We also ordered the baklava ice cream and loved it! We will definitely go back to the Great Greek!"
"Super fast and flavorful takeout! The line is long but it moves very quickly Ordered the two meat gyro of chicken and lamb which comes with a choice of rice, hummus or fries. Picked the rice. The meal also includes salad, pita bread and a drink from the soda fountain. Food is very flavorful and oh, what a good deal for $11.86. It's a huge serving that's good for 2 people, and since I'm just myself it's a meal that stretches out for a couple of days. The authentic Greek salad, has all the works... featuring tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, olives, Feta, oregano and olive oil. Opah!"
"This is probably going to be an unpopular opinion as the expectation might be to slam a 5 star and I really wanted to do that but I just cannot.Ample parking available - Check.Incredible and friendly service - Check. Awesome Entertainment (Belly Dancing) - Check. Yummy Appetizers of Italian Fries & Fried Calamari - Check.Amazing Drinks including Mint Tea & other beverages - Check. What I cannot check off on is the main course. We got multiple items from Gyro plate, Shawarma plate & Lamb and we all were eagerly waiting to eat our food as everything till then was super good. But unfortunately the main course was a big let down for us. It seemed that someone forgot to season the meats and the rice. Everything was so bland which was a strong contrast to the appetizers that we got and hence docking a star."
"Your quarantined fridge is stocked with well-intentioned ingredients to help you *finally* eat clean/lean. Butttt....let's get real, weekend's here and your stomach is rumbling for anything else than what you have on the shelves. Cue: this place - a "Greek grill" in the corner of a family (and friend?) run gas station/convenient store/café mashup. The only dicey thing here is the tomatoes in their awesome Greek salad. Five stars for what it is: a American / Mediterranean fast food effort shoved in the corner of a gas station peppered with some tables to shovel your face before the grease cools...if your heart so desires. (yes, as of 20 Dec they had no chairs / were closed for 'dine-in'). The chicken gyro meat was on point, fries were fresh, hummus was smooth, and the baklava made me want Turkish coffee. ...The final test to know the food was good - my finicky mother took her leftovers! (She NEVER EVER does leftovers)Skip the chains next time you're craving gyros, pay the extra $.90 to support the small guy mark up and check them out!"
"My boyfriend and I wanted a quick lunch and a quick Yelp Twin Cities search led us to Gyropolis in Bloomington. This is an old school Greek restaurant. The workers are old (Greek?) guys. I had a Greek salad and Steve had a spicy Gyro sandwich. Both were delicious and exactly what you might expect. The ambiance is old Greek restaurant. There were two sets of Bloomington police officers who stopped by to eat. I'm wondering if they offer free lunch to police which some restaurants do. They are in the midst of a big renovation: they're adding a kitchen, more seating, and a patio. The parking lot is misery, yet a steady stream of people came through to eat. It's priced right too. But beware: The spicy gyro is spicy!"
"Formerly Naughty Greek. The menu changed somewhat so one of my favorites (the veggie gyro) isn't listed anymore. But you can get lamb and chicken pitas and falafel and all that still. In some respects there seem to be more options - which seem tied to what kind of sauce is on your pita or plate. We had the spicy classic with lamb, the falafel plate, and a classic pita with falafel. I'd say the mild spicy was pretty good (as someone who likes spiciness), and the portion sizes seem to have increased.1 star less though because we asked for NO DAIRY on one order and still had dairy. Granted, "feta" is in the name of the restaurant, but still. That can be really problematic for some allergies, so I hope there's better attention to special requests in the future."
"Ya'll I was not expecting this. This unassuming little place specializes in Mediterranean food and they also have a small shop where you can pick up any related International groceries. I honestly barely noticed because the smell of yummy foods hit me as soon as I got inside. I think they do most of their business as take-out or pick up, but we actually took advantage of the small dining area attached. The service is nothing fancy- order at the counter and they'll bring it to you. But ya'll- the food! It was really some of the best Mediterranean food I have had since moving to the cities. That hummus -as the kids say- SLAPS! It had a little spicy topping on it and they served it with warm pita breads. I ordered a gyros platter and it came with enough rice to feed a crowd! Even the salad was delicious. I told my husband right away- this is 5 stars."
"Just passing through the area, I was waiting for my laundry and stopped in for a slice (2) of cheese pizza. Fresh hand-tossed crust. Generous slices with a nice mix of cheeses. The sauce is especially good. Many items on the menu in this little family-owned restaurant. Very reasonable prices. Wish I could try the calzones, stromboli, gyros, or pita sandwiches."
"Solid food for an airport in my opinion. Pricey but I would prefer this food 99% of the time versus the same old boring airport food."
